“It protects from water - great! But the cut is terrible, doesn’t look like a sock or the images posted on the site. Plus I paid a fortune for the delivery. Not a great value.”

“The gloves have a very long thumb. Maybe I just bought the wrong size. Also they are not very warm.”

“Look cheap and the visible seam was offputting. Also, they seem to have been made for male feet so don't fit well.”

Our socks are designed to be a Unisex fit and form with a range of sizes available to cover shoe sizes UK 3 to UK 14. “I'm trying to return a product, have forgotten my password, but on trying to reset my password have been told my email address is not registered with sealskinz, which is very confusing as it is my only email. Tech issue. I'm now blocked from trying to get into my account for some time. Help would be much appreciated Regards Clare”

“I had an old Sealskinz waterproof hat which I loved but it had seen better days so ordered a new one. I was disappointed that it had less material so not as good fitting as my old one. Will still wear as they are great hats (I have the peaked cap) but wish it had been the same as my previous cap.”

“Product is good. Did not appreciate the deceptive website which stated “Free shipping if over $65” which turned out to be “Free shipping if over $99”. Customer service did not give an answer for the discrepancy.”

“I had two coupons that I wanted to use on two different purchases. Your ordering process was inflexible that for me to use the two coupons I had to ship them separately and get charged twice for shipping. Doesn't seem to be very flexible.”

“I placed my order on June 3, 2022. At the end of June, I had still not received my order, so I initially left a low review. Then SealSkinz contacted me right away and worked with me to check on the order. FedEx said it was held up in customs. Then FedEx finally declared it lost. SealSkinz ended up shipping another (pair of gloves), and I received that July 7th, 2022. I've used these in the past and was happy. Once I use them in Alaska this fall, I may revise my overall review. I give FedEx 1 star (max) and SealSkinz response since my first review has been acceptable. Thanks.”

Once an order has shipped, there will not be any new or further updates provided by Sealskinz as the order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is in the hands of the courier service. All new updates with regards to shipping and tracking will be provided directly by the courier service through the tracking provided via email when your order was dispatched. In the event that the tracking shows issues or delays, contacting the courier in the first instance is advised as they will be able to provide you with an immediate update on the status of their service and explain any delays or delivery issues within their network. We can see from your parcel tracking that it shows that your parcel has been exported from the UK and is currently delayed in processing through customs in the USA- this can occur due to high volumes of mail at the facility or due to service issues with customs themselves. “The inner lining is separate from the outer layer, and sticks to my hands, making it hard to get in and out of the gloves. They do fit well once I have them on - I have as yet to use them in a cold situation.”

“I bought these for my husband, I chose the corresponding size to his shoe size (10.5) but they came up quite tight and he ripped them putting them on after only a few uses. Having said that he loved his last pair and found them really good for keeping his feet warm and dry on winter rides. These seem to work just as well.”

“I know my sock size is large and these sock run way larger then expected. This makes the sock very sloppy in the boot. They are warm and water resistant, but the comfort does not meet expectation”
