Have used Sealskinz products before ( gloves & socks ) and they are great products. Just bought waterproof cap with fast delivery and very waterproof. BUT, the metal size/fit adjustment buckle is just not up to the job as iit constantly keeps slipping open. Which meant for me ( an RYA sailing instructor), that the cap is not unusable in any wind when it is likely to blow off overboard...

Writing a review for the product is difficult, as it's hard to balance the product's fit vs the product's quality. In terms of quality, it certainly is one of the nicest pairs of gloves I own. Warm enough to wear on my early walks to work, light enough to even do so on milder days. Perfectly all-weather (for my uses at least), as it has performed well in wind and rain scenarios. Unfortunately, despite following the size guide exactly when ordering, the proportions are off and I had to order a different pair of gloves. Fingers were uncomfortably tight, but the palm & the finger length were large enough that I wouldn't risk ordering a larger size (especially due to the return policy). The worst issue was the lack of material between the index finger and the thumb, making it very difficult to grasp anything. Is it possible I just ordered a size too small and one size up would have been fine? Absolutely. But as I am only able to order from this company online, and I cannot return the gloves I bought (nor could I order a new pair to test, depending on how strict "have not been worn or used in any way" applies), ordering gloves from Sealskinz just isn't viable. (Additionally, gloves in which I don't have to explain "no, there is no seal skin in this product" to people who see the logo is an unfortunate advantage of other brands) Overall: Glove quality? 9/10 Glove fit? 2/10 Ordering experience? 1/10

I paid for delivery in a specified timeframe. The delivery arrived a week after the specified date but I was not refunded the expedited delivery fee. That aside, your product (finger glove/mittens) are superb.

Die Qualität der Artikel ist gut. Tragekomfort ist hoch, allerdings ist die Lebensdauer bei dem Preis enttäuschend - sehr schnelle Verschleißerscheinungen. Der Retourenprozess ist alles andere als Zeitgemäß: Die Artikel müssen eigenständig, auf eigene Kosten zurück geschickt werden und anschließend wartet man über einen Monat auf die Erstattung der Kosten.

Je pense avoir commis une erreur de saisie de mon adresse email , je n'ai pas reçu de confirmation de vôtre part donc j'ai recommandé le lendemain. J'ai été prélevé deux fois , je vous ai contacté immédiatement pour annuler une des deux commandes, vous n'avez pas tenu compte . Pour vous retourner le colis , frais de port , frais de douane , la galère . Je garde les deux colis et je ne vous ferais pas de publicité . Dommage ...

Thank you for your review. We can confirm that the non receipt of the confirmation email had been caused by an error in spelling in the email address provided for the order. We received an email requesting a cancellation for one order, however this had been sent to us 2 days after the order had shipped and it had already been exported from the UK. Unfortuntaley we are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped, however on this occasion, our team had provided full Returns instructions to enable the order to be returned to us once delivered. We can confirm that the order will be processed for a full refund if and when it is returned to us.

Lieder waren die Handschuhe -obwohl unterschiedliche Größen bestellt wurden- in keiner Größe passend. Die Handflächen sind viel zu breit gearbeitet.

Fit good and cap looks good but the strap catch detached on first use and had to be stitched back on. Poor quality.

We do offer a returns location within the US however at present we are in the process of moving our permanent location. In January I've sent gloves and cap back, because it doesn't fit. Until today, I got no refund. How should I be satisfied?

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are very sorry for any delays. All returns from Germany are sent to our Zittau fowarding facility which is only able to consolidate returns in batches once per week. These are then subject to customs clearance and any delays related to their import into the UK. Once the returns reach our UK warehouse, we are then able to process the returns in the order they are received. At this time we can see your refund and exchange were processed recently. We do ask that our customers allow up to 8 business days for their financial institution to update any billing statements to reflect any credits. Ich hatte die Handschuhe zurückgesendet , da sie 1.schlecht verarbeitet, 2. zu groß waren, 3. auch optisch nicht gefallen haben. Der Retourevorgang war teuer und ging lange und am Ende bekam ich keine Rückerstattung sondern die Handschuhe wurden mir nochmal zugesendet. Naja...

I purchased winter gloves and winter waterproof socks. I used the hand measuring technique to order the correct glove size. The gloves recd were too small. I gave them away to my daughter. The winter waterproof socks aren’t warm enough at -20 C, my wool socks are better. I will save your waterproof socks for summer hiking season. Cheers, George

Although I have taken proper measurements as per the website and ordered the next size up, all 3 pairs of glove I ordered were way too small. I had to return them and got reimbursed however still had to pay for return shipping. Product seems very nice, however sizing guide on the website is way off. My hands are average size and probably slight smaller than average.
