“Gloves didn't fit. No 9ffer to return and told of two other styles that came in alarmed size, but one didn't come in XXL. No confidence in customer service.”

Thank you for your review. We can see that our team has already been in touch regarding the return of your items. We can confirm that both of our recommended models- our Cold Weather Reflective Cycle gloves and Extreme Cold Weather gloves are manufactured in sizes Small to XXL, however, we are unable to guarantee that this size will be in stock at the time it is required for purchasing.

“Although these socks are waterproof they still feel like your feet are soaking and cold. I’ve had sealskinz before that were brilliant. These are not.”

Thank you for your review. We can see that you have purchased our Warm Weather socks and these are our thinnest socks which are lined with Bamboo to keep you very cool and dry in warmer climates. Unfortunately, this model of sock has not been designed to provide warmth and if a warmer sock is required, we would recommend a model from our All Weather, Cold Weather or Extreme Cold Weather ranges as these are lined with Merino wool and are designed to be thicker and warmer socks.

“Die Lieferung hat 3 Wochen gedauert, obwohl auch auf Nachfrage kam, dass das Paket direkt verschickt wurde. Im Shop war nicht ersichtlich, dass der Versandort England war. Die bestellten Handschuhe sind für die Produktion, jedoch nicht für das Tragen optimiert. Die Socken sind (im Fuß) recht kurz geschnitten, aber okay. Die bestellte Mütze ist okay.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you have found our gloves to not be a good fit for you. We do offer sizing guides that help customers determine which size may be a good fit for them. However these are designed as guides only as due to the individual nature of each person's hands, we are unable to guarantee a perfect fit for each customer. In the event that the products are found to not be a good fit, we do have a great, fuss-free returns service that offers exchanges or refunds for all items.

“On Black Friday I purchased a hat for £25 less 10% £22.50 They charged me £25.49 because of delivery charge. What is crazy is that if I didn't buy on Black Friday is would of cost me £25 (as over £25 there is no delivery charge.) I did contact customer service and basically got advised to read T&C.”

Thank you for your review. For all orders placed in the UK we do offer free shipping for final order totals that are over £25. If an order is priced less than this once discounts or codes have been applied, it will be under the minimum free shipping spend amount and the standard shipping charge of £2.99 is applied. We do ensure that all basket and order amounts are fully visible to all customers at our checkout before payment to ensure that they are fully informed of the final total of their order before they pay for it.

“The socks weren't really waterproof.”

Thank you for your review. With regards to the function of our waterproof socks. these are constructed as a three-layer product, they have an outer layer that can get wet (this will absorb water), an inner layer, and a waterproof membrane sandwiched in between. It is this membrane that provides a barrier to water passing through the outer layer and into the socks and keeps your feet dry. All the products will keep water out up to the sewn level of the cuff (this can be seen if the socks are turned down) and they perform in the same manner as a wellington/gumboot. If they are immersed in water above this level, they will become wet. This also applies if the cuffs are worn uncovered or with clothing tucked into them as this would allow water to splash into the sock or to run down the legs or clothing and into the socks through the cuff. We do recommend that all socks are worn tucked under clothing to prevent this from happening. If the socks were worn in a manner in which water ingress through the cuff was not possible, please do contact our Consumer team directly at help@sealskinz.com.

Each of our products carries a climate guide enabling you to make an informed decision on the best product for your requirements. How you feel the cold is always subjective and dependent on activity, as such you should always go by your personal operating temperature to determine your choice of product. These ratings are designed as a guide and also show where they sit against other products within the Sealskinz ranges. The model you have selected is an all weather glove, rather than a cold or extreme cold weather model, so is not warm/protective enough for very cold winter conditions - just like wearing a lighter weight coat rather than a thick winter coat. “Product not British but made in China. Sock caused me to have a rash on my feet. Very artificial feel to them. Doubt i would buy from them again”
