How can I review something that I don’t have. Send the package and I’ll review it.

Hi Harry A delivery has been attempted. You have the tracking number (emailed to every customer) so please track the order and book a redelivery please. I have emailed you the link and tracking number if you no longer have this info. Chris Badger & Brown

The item itself is nice (engraving isn't particularly clear but still visible. All in all, happy with it, or rather my son who was recipient of it as a gift.... Several days late despite paying extra for earlier delivery. That's the only problem I have with Badger and Brown. Don't offer 2-3 working days, at a higher cost, if you can't deliver within that time frame. I'd have been as well clicking the lowest cost option as that's essentially what I got. Birthday gift appeared and happy with. Eventually....nice , but late.

Hi Paula Apologies for the late delivery. Some engraved items are taking a little longer than normal just now as we're experiencing a 65% increase in sales. Along with the two bank holidays we've recently had, it's caused a small backlog of engraving. We're working this weekend to clear up all orders so as of w/c 15.05.23 delivery will be back to normal. With regards to the engraving the product is gunmetal. As you say, the engraving is still visible, but due to the colour of the product it doesn’t stand out and hit you in the face. I have refunded the postage costs to you. Chris B&B

Hi Jonathan. You kindly purchased a pair of engraved cufflinks and paid a total of £26.45, I would say that's exceptional value. Kind Regards Chris Badger & Brown.

Hi Glen. Sorry to hear of this. The image you supplied was really narrow so hard to use (had to be stretched slightly). If you email us a different image we can send you a new tie slide free of charge. B&B

The tie clip arrived late despite paying extra for special guaranteed delivery. When the the clip arrived I was disappointed as the box didn’t fit in the bag, the engraving is not as it was previewed on the website and it was only only engraved on the back, not on both sides as I had specified, and the tie clip was covered in finger prints.

My negatives are in the quality of the items, bought them for my wedding day, especially the tie-pin it looks and feels a little cheep, there could have been a little more spacing of the date on the tie-pin,I know the price is very good, and perhaps because of the occasion I'm expecting more than I should, just want it to be right, other than that they have done what I asked for,the delivery was good, and all arrived in good condition and in plenty of time for our special day.

Hi Derek The tie slide you kindly purchased retails at £21.95. Customers generally report that they’re happy with the quality. We’re sorry to hear you’re not. We’ve sent you an email regarding this B&B

I am very pleased with the quality of the product, and how similar it looks to the picture. I am, however, disappointed with the lack of a personalised message, which I requested.

Would be nice if you gave some sort of discount code or welcome code.

I honestly believed, after reading the 'details' in relation to the metals used, that I was buying real silver.

Hi Colin. Thank you for your recent order, that's very kind. As per the email we sent you, we advertise the following info on ALL product pages about the various metals. Also, the cufflinks you purchased are priced at £20 and you'll not get real silver cufflinks at that price anywhere. We offer various cufflink metals and finishes. Your options are listed below Silver This option is for brass cufflinks that are rhodium plated. We use a polished rhodium finish. 90% of cufflinks in the industry are made this way. For the product we offer, you can expect to pay in the region of £50-£60, and anything up to £100 on the High St, from established retail brands. We're able to keep our costs down from being solely online and specialising in cufflinks (producing lots at a time). Gold Same as above but gold plated rather than silver. Rose Gold Again, the same but Rose Gold. Gunmetal Again, the same but Gunmetal Sterling Silver Plated These are made the same as the above but they're heavily plated in Sterling Silver. Sterling silver is an expensive metal and costs a lot more for us to buy in, hence having to charge more than a rhodium finish. Both options are very good quality and will last the length of time. Sterling Silver These cufflinks are made with Sterling Silver only. Our Sterling Silver cufflinks are very high end and you would expect to pay at least double on the High St.
