The tie clip arrived late despite paying extra for special guaranteed delivery. When the the clip arrived I was disappointed as the box didn’t fit in the bag, the engraving is not as it was previewed on the website and it was only only engraved on the back, not on both sides as I had specified, and the tie clip was covered in finger prints.
