“Advitised as 30cm and they are not, as they were to replace 30cm tiles but being 31.5cm and patterned this does not work. In the lumber yard Eyes think I am.”
“Online website let me order and pay for the tiles we selected. 2 days later a chap from our local store said they are out ofcstock with no restock date. We said we would wait and see if they come in stock , 2 weeks later still no stock or restock date. The local store have been helpful but Online it should never have let us order in the first place. Nice tile good price but no stock.”
“No email to advise that a delivery was going to be made therefore I wasn’t in when there was an attempted delivery.
I asked a question when placing my order, querying whether it would be possible for the tiles could be delivered just inside the front door as I have back issues, but no response received and delivery company have since advised this is not possible, however no reply from Tile Giant”
“Huge issues with delivery service ! You should charge more for delivery for larger heavier orders so they
can be delivered to the house not left on the pavement. Not everyone is young and able to lift such heavy items .Will not use or recommend you. You fall down on this.”
“The staff in Ormskirk were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately one box of tiles were broken on delivery to the store. We collected the tiles available and waited for a replacement. The replacement box was delivered to the wrong store causing further delay. When it eventually arrived over a week later 2 tiles were broken. Another week has passed and we still haven’t received the rest of the order. This is very poor customer service.”
“he tiles we bought were good but the service we got from Tile Giant Leamington was very poor.
We bought £460 worth of tiles but due to Covid the tiler was delayed in coming to fit them by 8 weeks. so by the time we discovered that we had over ordered we were beyond the 30 day Tile Giant return limit.
We approached both the store manager and customer services all to no avail. In these difficult Covid times when everybody is trying hard to work around problems it would have been good for Tile Giant Leamington to show some flexibility and refund us for the unopened boxes that we wanted to return.
To add insult to injury we bought £170 of other tiles from the same store before we realised we needed to return some!
As good customers it would have been nice if they had been able to show some flexibility.
Very disappointed in the store manager's attitude.
