“A pallet of tiles turned up well packed and wrapped no complaints. After inspection found the tiles are in perfect condition. I would have given 5 stars were it not for the driver turning up a day late without any SMS notification However, he was a nice chap and knew his job. If only Tile Giant could get the logistics together I'm certain of their increased popularity.”

“I ordered some tiles on 15th March 2025 from Tile Giant Croydon and was told they would arrive in store within 3-5 working days and that I would get a phone call once delivered. One week later on 22nd March, no-one had made any contact with me and upon ringing the store was informed that the tiles had not arrived.
Incredibly miffed as I had a builder coming to start work on the Monday, I vented my annoyance at the person on the end of the phone who managed to stay calm while I complained about the inconvenience.
Once I had finished my rant, the member of staff explained to me why the tiles had not arrived on time, but more importantly went out of his way to call the Tile Giant Brixton store where he normally works, and who had the tiles in stock. The guy in question (Terry) asked for the relevant quantity to be put to one side and I was able to go and collect the tiles from that location later on this afternoon.
So thank you very much Terry! Apologies for going off on one at you, and cheers for still finding a solution to my dilemma. I appreciate you going the extra mile to help resolve my situation.”

“A massive thank you for your help! I found the perfect tiles for our bathroom refit about a year ago, when we were in a position to start the refit I then discovered they were out of stock! I rang head office and they managed to find us the qty we needed across a few stores and arranged for them to be delivered! Over the moon, thank you so much for your help! Bathroom is now finished and looks amazing”

“I have previously had enormous difficulties with delivery. This time while the item was delivered it looked like the package had been thrown down the stairs and so could not be used. Efficient but ultimately worthless as every single one of the tiles delivered was shattered beyond use, while still in the box. thanks for nothing.”

“Tile Giant sent me a very nice tile that I would have been quite happy to shortlist for my project.
Unfortunately it took several days to arrive, and was poorly packed in a shabby jiffy bag, with a dispatch note that did not show the name or any contact details for the company that sent it. I had to trawl through emails to match the item to the order using the order number in order to provide feedback. There was nothing wrong with the tile, and I'm sure an order would have been fine, but the experience was not encouraging when competitors did much better, and I ordered elsewhere.”
