“Ordered tiles and they were eventually delivered. The tiles were good quality. Dissapointing that I had to chase several times and the order was not showing up on the account. After installing them I asked if I could return them to any depot and there was zero response. I contacted them again and when I finally got the answer I went to return them to be told I was a day late. I raised the fact that I returned as soon as I got the answer to my questions and it was late because I had to chase the answer. They said if I had ordered in the store they would have been better equipped to answer the question which is not an adequate answer, just an excuse. I was therefore worse off for ordering the 10% waste as suggested and for not returning them due to not getting a response. They told me they would throw the tiles in the skip then trolleyed them off to the back which I suspect ended up back in the stock room.”
“My plumber suggested I visited Tile Giant Guildford to source some tiles for my bathroom. He suggested getting ceramic tiles. The two young men at the Guildford Branch were very helpful in directing me to several choices. They were very helpful and the order placed. After the job was finished I was able to take 2 boxes back and a refund was immediately paid to my credit card. I would definitely recommend Guildford Branch they were polite and helpful”
“Online website let me order and pay for the tiles we selected. 2 days later a chap from our local store said they are out ofcstock with no restock date. We said we would wait and see if they come in stock , 2 weeks later still no stock or restock date. The local store have been helpful but Online it should never have let us order in the first place. Nice tile good price but no stock.”

The manager couldn’t have been more helpful and compassionate and offered to donate some of the materials to our charity due to the unfortunate circumstances. “Tile Giant offered a delivery service which a specific date for delivery, however, the tiles were not delivered on the date and in fact had to be arranged for the following Monday. I complained to Tile Giant and they gave me some compensation.”
