“A massive thank you for your help! I found the perfect tiles for our bathroom refit about a year ago, when we were in a position to start the refit I then discovered they were out of stock! I rang head office and they managed to find us the qty we needed across a few stores and arranged for them to be delivered! Over the moon, thank you so much for your help! Bathroom is now finished and looks amazing”

“I have previously had enormous difficulties with delivery. This time while the item was delivered it looked like the package had been thrown down the stairs and so could not be used. Efficient but ultimately worthless as every single one of the tiles delivered was shattered beyond use, while still in the box. thanks for nothing.”

“Tile Giant sent me a very nice tile that I would have been quite happy to shortlist for my project.
Unfortunately it took several days to arrive, and was poorly packed in a shabby jiffy bag, with a dispatch note that did not show the name or any contact details for the company that sent it. I had to trawl through emails to match the item to the order using the order number in order to provide feedback. There was nothing wrong with the tile, and I'm sure an order would have been fine, but the experience was not encouraging when competitors did much better, and I ordered elsewhere.”
“I purchased tiles, adhesive and the whole order and delivery process was simple and quick. The tiles were delivered and within half an hour the adhesive arrived. I would definitely order again in the future.”

“So far, so good. I have visited my local store, spent a few days at home with some samples, been back into store to ordered the vinyl for 4 rooms at home. I have an appointment for more precise measurements in a weeks time and then the next step is the fitting in a couple of weeks. So far everything has gone well and communication between me and the store has been prompt and efficient.”
“Tiles were perfect and great quality but customer service when I went to collect at the Bracknell Store was poor. The man was quite unfriendly which just made the experience a bad one. He didnāt help guide me when reversing to the garage shutter and could have told me I had gone over the wooden slat. It costs nothing to be friendly and smile.”

“I ordered a Rubi Tile cutter that was clearance and at a good price. I paid for next day delivery as a needed to start tiling immediately but when it arrived it was in used condition, even the scoring wheels were missing. This meant that the next day delivery and the tile cutter itself was useless. Tile Giant did resolve the issue but I was unable to tile for over two days until replacement wheels were sent.”
