“After inexplicably bring able to make telephone contact with any of the nearby stores ( dead numbers ) I eventually made contact via the Tile Choice chat line which was covering both websites from which point the level of service was very good”
“I bought a sample tile (some companies would send you a free sample.) It arrived wrapped in several layers of bubble-wrap but was broken into five pieces. There didn't seem to be anywhere to complain about this. All the emails they had sent me did not allow you to reply. The local showroom did give me a follow-up call. When I told them what had happened they promised to send another tile. That was a couple of weeks ago. Nothing has happened yet. So I'm not too impressed.”

“I Paid for 2 sample floor tiles to make sure they matched up to our existing floor but when they came they didn't match up to there name, the grey tile said it was oak & the brown oak one said it was grey, I phoned up to get clarity, after a few emails I didn't get a definitive answer so I phoned the Kidderminster branch of tile choice which is the same company, the guy I spoke to was very helpful & it was determined that they were indeed labelled up incorrectly so it's a good job I didn't place the order before checking, it defeats the object of ordering samples, should have asked for my money back really, I ended up placing my order via tile choice rather that tike giant which also worked out a bit cheaper”
“I returned a box of tiles to the showroom nearly 2 weeks ago no sign of a refund yet. Told by the guy in the shop that I would have to do it online after leaving the tiles with him with no receipt !!”
