“I returned a box of tiles to the showroom nearly 2 weeks ago no sign of a refund yet. Told by the guy in the shop that I would have to do it online after leaving the tiles with him with no receipt !!”

“Not impressed! Explained to gent on phone regarding husband disability and check delivery would be possible! Delivery driver refused to deliver! Driver gave option to drop off 2 streets away and tried to tell my husband (who has a neurological condition that affects his mobility) to lift all the tile himself! Have now been waiting a refund for almost 2 weeks and keep getting passed about the houses and no one willing to resolve issues.
Absolute joke….”

I recently visited TileGiant in Finchley and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service I received. From the moment I walked in, the team went above and beyond to help me find the perfect tiles for my home renovation project.
Mickey, Jake, and Arian were incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and provided numerous creative suggestions for tile combinations that I never would have considered on my own. What really impressed me was their willingness to physically move large tile samples around the shop floor so I could properly visualize how different options would look in my space - both for flooring and wall applications.
The level of personal attention was remarkable. Rather than just pointing me toward products, they actively engaged in problem-solving and helped me think through the design challenges I was facing. Their expertise and genuine enthusiasm for helping customers find the right solution really showed.

“I booked a delivery of Tiles, never got any notifications about delivery, head office said don't worry you'll get an eta on day. On day nothing called Tile Giant 3 times could give ne no information, on the final call they told me I don't think this is even out for delivery. Ruined all my bathroom plans, with plumber and tiler lined up to do work. Abysmal. Avoid there are so many reliable places with delivery do not risk it!”
“Although pleased with the Tiles and purchase, very disappointed when I was told that I couldn’t return my tiles for a refund as I was 10 days over the 28 day return policy. Perhaps this should be made clearer on collection and when the delay and over order were the tilers fault it’s a shame some flexibility couldn’t be shown. Suggest an offer of a credit note for future purchases if a refund couldn’t be offered . Ian Gibson.”
“Found what I wanted, ordered the amount I was
told by my plumber/builder, paid the bill and received them on time. My builder then assured me he required 2 more packs, I didn’t say a word but he had my state, apparently it says it all!
So I ordered 2 more packs and told him to collect them on his way home; then he discovered the bottom pack were all cracked through. I contacted The Banbury store again and no problems just take extra pack. So thank you Ruth at your Banbury store, my bathroom finished without too much agro!”

“Well I thought I bought an excellent tiles but my tiler with 40 years experience said that they were the worst's tiles he had ever used chipped very easily and broke when trying to cut them
Sorry but we are thinking about taking them back up as they don't look good”

“Really great customer service from Josh at the contact centre. We didn't have the correct number of tiles sent and a couple were cracked. They sorted it straight out and the replacement tiles were delivered the next day.”

“I ordered a single sample tile. This has been followed up by phone calls and emails chasing me for a fuller order that were not asked for and not needed.
If I wanted to proceed I would do so, I don't need chasing.”
“Original sample orders did not arrive but after contacting their customer services we were able to get a new delivery of samples. Can't fault the parent company for follow up, they were on the ball and tried their best to help us choose the right tile and coloured grout however the samples we chose didn't work for us overall and we found an alternative elsewhere but I would consider Tile Giant again if I ever need to re-tile a room.”
