If you’re looking for a high-quality protein supplement, stop looking, get buying! This stuff is next level: it tastes delicious which is a first for protein supplements or powders in my opinion, and the list of ingredients is brilliant. No emulsifiers, thickeners, artificial flavouring etc just really tasty whole food ingredients. I actually look forward to having the flavoured powders with yoghurt or milk for breakfast and the whey protein isolate or concentrate as part of a protein shake during the day. Love the “keto this” bars as well.
I’m someone who does a lot of research and always looks for the best deal, but I don’t bother looking anywhere else now. It’s my absolute go to and I recommend it highly. If you’re undecided, buy a selection of the 40g individual serve packets and try them to find out which flavour works for you. I actually love them all but I’ve ordered the macadamia and vanilla, and the chocolate, in the big bag sizes.

I firstly bought the small samples to try,to see what the flavours were like. I then settled on strawberry and banana as my favourites.
I replaced my oatabix with one shake each morning which i poured over a banana and blueberries and found it delicious. I never felt hungry and my bloatedness subsided.
I loved the ground up nuts in the shake as it added a whole new dimention to it.
The shake is not too sweet unlike previous shakes i had tried from another supplier which were too sickly sweet.
