I have always struggled with breakfast, as I need it to be light, yet nutritious. Purition helped me to achieve that. Some flavours are a bit bland, but found my winner, it's the chocolate and orange one. I wish it would keep me feel fuller for a bit longer than it does, but honestly nothing does, so I'm still happy for what it offers.
