“I needed a repair kit for my Felco secateurs. I have had them nearly 50 years and this is the first time I needed to repair them. They are brilliant compared to other makes. The repair kit was sent promptly and my secateurs are now as new. It is great in these days to have a company you can rely on for support and quality. Well done!”

“Felco had 2 orders in 10 days, as I had thought an order for a red handle replacement for the No 2 Secateurs would bring me a pair ! So a 2nd order went in, plus a Diamond Sharpener stone. Mechanically, nothing wrong- and my pair belonged to my late father- who died in 1990, having owned the pair himself for probably 25 years . Service standards, as good as the product , thanks.”

“A very well made piece of kit. Seems to be more precise than the Felco diamond stone which I have used for many years. Needs some practice to produce uniform results. There is a video on the web, but guidance notes for using the device would have been helpful.”

“Having had a pair of Felco 6 secateurs for nearly 2 years, I had cause to buy new springs for them, the old one having fallen out through lack of care in use on my part. Very easy to fit and these fabulous secateurs were instantly back in action. I also bought a pair of loppers to replace the ancient heavy steel ones, and again was not disappointed. Put to work immediately and found to be soooo much lighter and easy to use. So, the quality of the tools is beyond reproach and the information on maintaining them, the ability to buy spares and access to advice just adds to this. Speed of service from World of Felco was great, the prices are competitive and provision of information/keeping in touch is great too. The only disappointment, if you can call it that, is the packaging for shipping. I’d have expected something more professional looking than bubble wrap and black plastic, but that said it did the job and ensured safe transit. It would be good to see more sustainable materials used though as these are not so easily recycled. A pretty minor gripe though and not an issue that would put me off buying again. 🤗”

“I asked for product advice by e-mail and received back a prompt and extremely informative reply, complete with links to products. It was clear in my experience that Felco employ people that actually do understand their products and make the effort to reply with genuine, knowledgeable and specific replies. I bought one of the products recommended to me and was very impressed with it, though sadly it is my Mother who will get to use it rather than myself!”
