I asked for product advice by e-mail and received back a prompt and extremely informative reply, complete with links to products. It was clear in my experience that Felco employ people that actually do understand their products and make the effort to reply with genuine, knowledgeable and specific replies.
I bought one of the products recommended to me and was very impressed with it, though sadly it is my Mother who will get to use it rather than myself!
