“I asked for advice and a recommendation before my purchase and this was promptly provided. Unfortunately the Felco2 secateurs I purchased were not opening freely after cutting so I contacted Felco again for advice on how to resolve this issue. They sent me a problem-solving video link and after following the steps advised the secateurs now seem fine. Initial impression is that the product is robust and well-constructed.”

“I wanted parts for my Felco 6 secateurs, So I ordered them from World of Felco, I ordered on the Saturday and parts came by Royal Mail on the following Tuesday, Very fair price and quick delivery, and knowing I was getting genuine parts, Would recommend World of Felco.”
