I asked for advice and a recommendation before my purchase and this was promptly provided. Unfortunately the Felco2 secateurs I purchased were not opening freely after cutting so I contacted Felco again for advice on how to resolve this issue. They sent me a problem-solving video link and after following the steps advised the secateurs now seem fine. Initial impression is that the product is robust and well-constructed.
