“Beware of staff especially the Liverpool county road office. I placed a bet the ticket didn't come out the machine they printed a new one. Had 2 winners a double paying £216.00. The following day I went to cash the machine said it had already been cashed out. Emailed William hill who investigated located me at the shop through images but 2 hrs later when the bet was fraudulently cashed no image of the person cashing it. Avoid obviously don't check their staff.”

“The location of William Hill in the Hyatt Incline Village never has attendants there and now they have moved 1 of the 2 only people that work this location to a location in Reno. This location has a kiosk that is always out of service. Many patrons including myself have closed our accounts with William Hill as well as filed complaints with Pascal, the G.M of Hyatt due to this location being the absolute worst sports book I and other locals an Hyatt guests have had to deal with. I truly hope we can get them out of here and get a real sportsbook.”

“Offered free bet if i spent £5 .Horse wins then payout £95 then hours later took it back and made balance -£10..Lied about result with some random site evidence.Even though atr,skybet etc show my horse won even following.Left me in a negative balance.Watch out for this SCAMMING website.Dont want any contact with them.Dangerous activity leaving people in a minus amount for no reason”

“opened my account. deposited £10. placed my £10 on a bet, and it lost. i then couldnt get back into my account. william hill say my account has been closed. They said they had been monitoring my account and didnt like what i was up to. Sorry i only placed 1 £10 bet on a both teams to score double, and it lost .What is their problem.”

“No win for months, absolutely scam now. 400 gone with only 1scatter that pays 10 return. Another thing I have noticed, once u deposit the money stays there showing the amount u have deposited once they finish you, u r trying to log out u realise that your amount u have deposited it's still shows as it is, it's like Ur playing in another scam site while I deposit in another one. Prove on screenshot I took when it finished my money, Reading comments I realize that we are actually playing in 2side 888/William hill, u deposit on one you play fixed games on another...picture below is when my balance was 0.00 but logging out it still shows I have what i have put in”

“Rigged machine. 210eu with only 2 scatter that gave 4eu return. I think this ppl need to be checked out, they are ripping people off. This is not playing game having fun it's cheating. Even a blind person can see that machine is rigged the way its moving it repeat same draw over and over”

“Absolutely Horrific FOBT in the shops lost £700 in 2 hours on these scum bag machines majority of the £2 Spins are dead ones going into the red rather than green so you don't even get a spin and when you do get a spin it goes into the same numbers every time that you havnt got .I've honestly never in 23 years of these rotten to the core machines known anything as bad as this that's me done for ever on these and anyone even thinking of playing should AVOID AVOID AVOID .”
