AVOID AT ALL COSTS! After months of using William hill just for light fun on slots, I had an average amount of money in my account and I went to finally withdraw the money but said I didn't have a valid payment method. This wouldn't be so bad if I hadn't managed to DEPOSIT money from my bank card which meant I did have a valid payment method. I spoke to someone from William hill via online chat and subsequently told me I had a WITHDRAWAL LIMIT on my account! On what planet would some want to have a limit on what they can withdraw on a betting app?! They also said it was due to I set it up on a partnering company which was linked to them. The funny thing is i had never done gambling prior to William hill in any way shape or form and they refused to tell me which company or website this apparent withdrawal limit was placed on so I could resolve it and proceeded to close my account without any notice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
