I first bought from Whistlefish at Southport flower show and made sure I visited their stall every year. So,I was thrilled to find the company in line and order frequently. To sum up it is always amazing value, amazing choice and amazing service Thank you.

Normally everything you send is pristine and in a box. This time it arrived in a large brown envelope and every single card was slightly creased in the corner. They are not bad enough that they can't be used but don't look your normal standard. Please return to delivering them in a box, as they always arrive perfectly.

To be honest I was very disappointed when I received my online order. First of all the way on which the cards had been packed was poor with some stuck together and some creased because they had not been properly packed. Also a number required large stamps which was not clear on the website and so will now cost me more to post.

I visited the Salcombe store where there was a misleading sign about the amount to get a tin for £2 . I thought I had that amount but when I was charged the full amount I said I didn’t want it as I didn’t have thecorrect £20 of cards . It didn’t say it on the sign . What a hassle to get my money back . The inexperienced assistant couldn’t do it . I left the tin in the shop with receipt saying I hadn’t taken it I emailed Whistle fish . No reply . I phoned . No answer . I then went into Dartmouth store where the very nice assistant called up Whistlefish for me . As I was buying more cards I thought the money could be refunded against . No . I had to wait for an investigation and another email and finally I was returned the money just before the end of my holiday . I was appalled at the customer service . No apology . Your sign was misleading in the Salcombe store . I should have been given the tin for all the hassle you gave me , medically as I did buy £20 of correct cards ! I love your cards but will think twice now before ordering .

Order placed 11 January and due to Whistlefish using incorrect address it was returned to sender on 19 January. I had to contact Whistlefish as no delivery arrived and I was asked to confirm my address, however the order wasn't resent as expected and on following up again I received the exact same request for my address as tracking still showed as order returned to sender. As I result of such poor customer service, i didn't receive ordered cards. Whilst awaiting a response from customer service I had to buy cards elsewhere due to length of time waiting for delivery. I have been pleased with previous cards but I will not order from Whistlefish in the future.

Beautiful cards but the order took so long to arrive that I had to purchase additional cards to give them on time. I know I received a 15% discount as an apology but having just ordered 20 cards I'm not likely to order more in the near future. I was disappointed at the service if I'm honest.

Reluctant 2 starts but let down with delivery dates. Order took over a week before it was packaged, therefore delivered after the date some cards were needed. The cards themselves are great quality as always, but on this occasion, I was let down by delivery.

Lovely products but the delivery took far longer than stated on the website. An apology email and a small discount was offered however even this was sent after the products should have been delivered. Disappointing and not sure I can order online again especially if the product is needed quickly.

Ordered christmas santa cards. one design substituted with a dog picture and "love from your favourite dog" 6 of these received. totally unsuitable substition. I don't even have a dog!! Didn't return as this would have cost me more than the cards were worth.

I am still waiting for the Christmas cards. I have sent a few emails but haven’t heard anything for a while which is disappointing as I am regular customer and have never had any problems before.

Really happy with my cards I purchased around 30 and disappointed I didn’t receive a free tin for them, My delivery was left outside and a lot of them were wet or damp

Unfortunately no apology or appropriate resolution was given for a manufacturing fault which was disappointing when I purchased prints from you. I found this very sad as I have always purchased my cards etc from you and I expected the same high quality but sadly did not find it.

Terrible service. Had to ring after 9 days because order hadn't been despatched and then it was delivered near enough immediately. One card missing and again not delivered until after I had got in touch.

Although I was pleased with all the quality of the cards I purchased .. the labels used as packaging left a sticky residue on the majority of the cards and envelopes .. I was disappointed that this issue could not be resolved .. I’m highly unlikely to be purchasing from Whistlefish again sadly ..

Dissapointed with recent purchase. Recently purchased a framed print online and unfortunately the mount card is not the same as appears in the images online. Raised this issue with Whistlefish but they said I would have to pay to return it. Please state colour of card mounts, so customer knows what they are getting.

I ordered a wedding card to be hand written and delivered to my friend in Cardiff, it was delivered to myself and I'm glad it was, the hand writing was very poor and with a mistake. If you offer a hand written service surely the criteria of the job should be neat writing and the ability to copy exactly so that punctuation is not left out. I emailed Sophie who told me 3 times there was nothing wrong with it. I finally asked her to pass this matter on to her manager. Aimee replied, still not acknowledging that there was a mistake but did offer finally to send another blank card. It's such a shame because your cards are fantastic quality with lovely designs but I'm afraid this personalised service lets you down and the customer service afterwards is sadly lacking.
