Order placed 11 January and due to Whistlefish using incorrect address it was returned to sender on 19 January. I had to contact Whistlefish as no delivery arrived and I was asked to confirm my address, however the order wasn't resent as expected and on following up again I received the exact same request for my address as tracking still showed as order returned to sender. As I result of such poor customer service, i didn't receive ordered cards. Whilst awaiting a response from customer service I had to buy cards elsewhere due to length of time waiting for delivery. I have been pleased with previous cards but I will not order from Whistlefish in the future.
