The service is normally quite good and the cards are always high quality but the delivery service over the last few months has been poor.

I always order my birthday cards, event cards, Christmas cards and Easter cards from Whistlefish, as with Covid and not being well enough to go out it has been very beneficial to me over the past couple of years. I ordered my cards for Easter but there were three out of stock, I did not get the chance to ask them to substitute them for me they just sent the order informing me about the three short. Due to this, I was unable to send three of my friends an Easter card this year. As you can imagine it was very disappointing not to receive my full order or be given the chance to have substitutes sent.

I have only given 2 stars as some of the products which I ordered in the sale were not sent to me as they were out of stock apparently. I did not receive an email informing me of this and although my account was re-credited I was not informed. They did refund postage paid but unfortunately this was only done after I emailed them.

I like the cards but was disappointed that there was 1 missing. A minor thing, but still annoying.

The cards were beautiful, as always, but I also ordered 2 mugs in the sale. These were very loosely wrapped individually in bubble wrap but were not secured within the parcel. This resulted in one mug being cracked in half, the other mug fortunately survived. I chose not to return it to you as could not prove when this had happened but I was very disappointed as I have used Whistlefish many times without incident.

I have ordered a number of times from Whistlefish and love their cards. However my last order experience was not very pleasing. I put in a order late on my birthday as I did not want to miss the opportunity to get your birthday offer of 12 cards for £9 which was due to finish at midnight. I was completely out of cards and needed to do a large order, so it would make a big difference to my purchase. However it would not allow me to get the discount at the checkout after spending well over an hour choosing my cards and it telling me I had used the special saving 9 times. It charged me the full amount of £1,80 for each card, over £200 in total. When I chased this after my purchase I was given a load of reasons why the special offer was not allowed even though when searching the website none of these reasons were to be found anywhere. I was told I should not have made the purchase without ring8mg to check, but as I was ordering at 11pm on a Sunday evening this would not have been possible. I was even told that customer service we’re doing me an enormous favour in refunding me the difference. The website should be much clearer on what is allowed, and when ordering it should not tell you that you have saved so many multi buys if it will not allow it when it comes to the final price calculation. There was no real apology for what had happened just a list of the reasons why it happened and how it had made too much work or made it difficult for them to give me a refund of the difference. It made me feel that I will buy from a Whistlefish shop when visiting Cornwall but not bother to do an online order again. It left me feeling very unhappy about my shopping experience on my birthday.

I love these cards. However, I can only score 2 stars due to issues since they changed to sticking the card & envelope together. If you don't remove the sticker upon receipt, the area under the sticker goes a different colour. Also had issues with the sticker removing the surface of the cards. I wish to add that Whistlefish replace them, but it would be better if there were not these issues.

The quality of the cards, especially at the sale price is undeniable, however the turn around time from purchase to delivery was ridiculous, despite being charged Royal Mail standard delivery charges. I ordered my cards on 3/1/22 and they arrived 15/1/22!

Lovely cards, great quality but delivery was too slow. We did get two extra cards as compensation for the late delivery but had already missed two birthdays by the time the cards arrived. I think it was about 10 days after ordering.

I asked for info on a picture frame. As we have many whistlefish prints throughout our house, I mean a lot. It’s our favourite shop. A frame got accidentally broken and we needed a replacement, it was like getting blood from a stone, and we still don’t have one. Very disappointed if I’m honest. I’ll question getting any framed prints again just incase I can’t get the frame again.

Firstly let me say I love Whistlefish cards and print and have purchased from their shops on many occasions. I ordered a print on line as it was 15% cheaper than in store. I had an email to say I would be advised when it was dispatched. After 10 days I tried to call the company to find out if it had left the warehouse. It was not possible to speak to anyone just a message to say the office was unmanned. The print was delivered but just left in a neighbour’s garden and as she was away it was by pure luck that it was found. Overall a disappointing service

I really like Whistlefish cards and find them very good value however recently I have found the deliveries disappointing , some time ago I ordered two tins of notelettes what arrived were two tins of birthday cards then in the last two we weeks I ordered 10 birthday cards and only arrived and last week I ordered 10 Thank you cards and I received 7 Thank you cards and 2 birthday cards some of these issues have been rectified but I am still one Thank you card short.

Products are fantastic but the delivery service was shockingly poor. After confirming a delivery date at the time of placing the order. This date was missed by 4 days after being told by customer service that the item had left their depot 4 days in a row. The items hadn’t left, as the courier had a tracking system. Definitely wouldn’t order £200+ Items again. Very disappointed with being lied to.
