“Mixed view. My order was dealt with quickly and competently, as always , a great service and a great product. However, I responded to the advert re: 15 cards for £10 but at the checkout I was being charged £28. Couldn’t find out what was going on?”

The quality of their cards and gift wrap are beautiful and the care that is taken in boxing up orders for despstch to customers demonstrates a high quality service from a Company that obviously takes great pride in its products, and also cares about customer satisfaction. “The system for purchasing worked very well. I have used Whistlefish for purchasing frames for many years and over these years I have never had any problems whatsoever. However the glass of one of the frames in my last purchase had broken. I spoke to a representative of Whistkefish who advised me to send a photograph. On receipt, without hesitation I was told that a new frame would be despatched. This arrived safely and in good order. Thank you Whistlefish.”
