Upon reflection I feel railroads into making a decision. I wanted to reflect upon my choice and come back but was persuaded to buy it. I've now changed my mind and cannot refund it! Not even a 28 day cool off period

I arrived at the Cardiff (Canton area) store at 11:30am, my name was taken at the desk and added to the list, they asked what my wedding date is and I said we didn't have one yet. I was told there would be a little wait but to take a seat on the sofas. It was really quite cold in the store, apparently they dlcouldnt turn the heating on? An hour passed and I could tell my mum was getting cold and hungry and I too were cold and my blood sugars were dropping so I popped out to get a meal deal quickly incase they were ready for me. No, another hour passed and countless times consultant's had walked passed us. A few other bride to be's had come in after us and already been seen, I assumed they had maybe been in earlier and came back or were here to collect dresses. At this point me and my mum were the only two people in the store, I couldn't even find anyone at the desk to check I was on the appointment list, all the consultants had left for their lunch break or could visibly be seen sat outside with the back door wide open. There was one young consultant (Sam) who reappeared, looking like she was about to leave, clocked me and my mum and said "Hi, you guys have been here for a while, do you have an appointment?". I said, "Yes we've been here for two hours, I think I've been forgotten". She immediately went to check the appointment list, came back, and said "I'm terribly sorry you've waited so long! Your name is definitely on the list and it says no wedding date. So, hi, I'm Sam, I'm going to be your bridal consultant today!". I don't believe this lovely young lady was assigned to me but that I had been completely ignored by other consultants due to not having a wedding date yet, so they assumed they wouldn't make a sale. Sam was due to finish her shift and was meant to go home, but clearly saved everybody else's butt's by staying an extra hour and half to be my bridal consultant for my first ever time trying on wedding dresses! She was so easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable, understood what I was liking and trying to envision, each dress she pulled was better and closer to what I wanted each time! The whole experience was feeling horrible until Sam saved the day and absolutely made my mums day! She's a credit to that store and I really hope that Wed2B Cardiff sees this and acknowledges what she did for a mother and daughters first experience of trying on Wedding dresses. This review would have had 0 stars if it wasn't for her! Thank you Sam!!

Customer Service 5/5 stars! - I came today to the Leeds branch and spent 2 hours with Carla. Carla was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, listening to my ideas, offering advice and just generally amazing, I cannot thank her enough, she is brilliant at her job! Available Dresses 1/5 stars - I was really shocked that out of the 9 dresses I had seen online, none were in stock in my size (I am a size 14). I completely understand the off the peg concept, however it was really disappointing as I didn't get to try on any dresses that I had seen online. Although Carla really helped me try on some beautiful dresses, none were like the ones I wanted to try based on what I'd seen online. It's a real shame that I didn't find my dress here, as mentioned, the service I received was brilliant. I did find my dress in a different shop later on, the service was nowhere near as good, but they had similar dresses to the style I wanted, based on dresses seen on Wed2B's website.

Bij binnenkomst in Gent kregen we direct te horen dat het druk was, wat natuurlijk kan, maar zelfs geen welkom… Ik toonde wat ik in gedachten had voor mezelf. Vooral boho a lijn jurken waren dit. Ik kreeg direct te horen dat dit niet meer binnen was… Ik moest maar zelf eens tussen de rekken zoeken wat ik wel eventueel wou. Uiteindelijk had ik wel wat jurken gevonden om te passen. De verkoopster die mij hielp om te passen deed het uitstekend. Ze keek naar wat ik mooi vond en niet. Ze heeft mij echt enorm goed geholpen. De ontvangst vond ik beneden alle peil… dit was zaterdag 8/02 om half 10 in Gent.

Visited the Bristol store twice. First time I had an amazing experience with Tania. She was really lovely and listened to what I wanted and gave me lots of options as well as giving me really good advice. She was brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. The second visit was pretty bad. They were under staffed due to sickness (which is completely understandable) however was made to feel like a nusance to who I assume was the manager after wanting to try on 1 dress I had seen online. I was happy to sort myself out-no assistance required and was told that it wasn’t fair on the other customers (well the 1 customer before me) that I was trying on a dress before them (which is understandable if I required assistance). She basically passed me the dress- that’s all she did and I was told I couldn’t try on any other dresses just that one (which again was fine as there was another customer in front of me) but I didn’t ask to try on any others- it was clear I quickly wanted to try on just 1. She was just making her frustration known. Then after seeing to myself I just popped out to ask if she could chuck me a veil- any veil to try and she was clearly annoyed and her facial expressions said it all- to which I then explained I’m not messing around I’m going to buy this dress I just want a veil to try on quickly (which I think was too much to ask by her expression). As someone who works in customer service, in a similar role I know this is not how anyone should be made to feel. I was buying (and brought) the dress with no assistance but was still made to feel like a was giving her a hard time….when all she did was find and pass me a the dress I asked for then 10 minutes later gave me a couple of veils. It didn’t affect the customer in front of me whatsoever and there was no hiding her irritation which I thought was pretty unprofessional and a complete contrast to the wonderful experience I had with Tania-who gave wonderful customer service and I can’t praise enough. If your going to visit the store ask for Tania! Went away with a lovely dress but felt it was a shame it ended on a bad note seeing how the first visit there was great.

Ik heb een prettige afspraak gehad met Anine waarbij ik mijn droomjurk heb gevonden. Er was alle tijd en ruimte om te passen wat ik wilde. Echter had ik zelf al in mijn hoofd wat ik wilde, ik weet dus niet hoe het gegaan was als ik dit niet had. Tijdens de afspraak werd er niks van koffie of thee aangeboden, dat is iets wat ik jammer vind en er eigenlijk wel bij vind horen. Achteraf zag ik thuis op de bon dat ik extra betaald heb voor een kledinghanger en een zak voor de sluier, dit was niet besproken dus dat vind ik zeker niet netjes. Ook zijn er twee onderrokken aan mij verkocht waarvan ik tijdens de afspraak al vroeg of dat nodig was en dat was zo.. oke niet mijn expertise dus dan geloof ik dat. Eenmaal thuis toch geen goed gevoel bij, na verder onderzoek had het inderdaad anders gekund, dat is dan zonde!

The shop in Antwerp could use an update. It looks a bit outdatet and has defaults. A nice saleswoman with a long salestalk. Could be shorter. A drink for the bride and bridesmades would have been nice.

I had a visit to the Edinburgh store, first time dress shopping little bit nervous. Personally didn’t like my experience even though I found my prefect dress which is ashame to the service. I was served my someone in the Edinburgh in the store.. didn’t really listen to my thoughts on what dresses I was open to only aloud 6 dresses to try on before saying to me that she didn’t know where to take this forward. My mother wanted me to try a big princess dress on I was told there wasn’t any like that even though seen serval other girls have many more options that I did. I felt rushed and felt it was a process more than a joy for me. Very disappointed.

Heel lang moeten wachten totdat je geholpen werd (2u), omdat ze niet werken met reservaties. Je krijgt in tussentijd en tijdens het passen niets te drinken… De ene werknemer is al wat vriendelijker dan de andere (zelfs tegen elkaar), jammer. Je kan hier precies niet gewoon eens lachen. Veel verkoopspraatjes… Uiteindelijk een jurk gekozen, was niet voor mij, omdat de prijzen hier toch wel laag zijn. Dat is dan het enige voordeel.

Super geslaagde dag gehad..wat een keuzes! Em de verkoopster Jaqeline is erg professioneel en gezellig Enige jammere is dat er zonder te vragen een kimono bij gedaan word waar je later op de bon pas ziet dat je er wel voor betaald hebt. Heel raar en niet netjes!

I visited chelmsford store for my dress, but wasn’t that impressed with the customer service. Didn’t give me many options to try on and I felt like I was in there way. Very rushed and no help. Dress I liked smelt so they offered to dry clean but came back with embroidery hanging off so had to be sent away to be fixed, would of been quicker and easier to get a new one ordered and save me 3 journey's

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Kleid gefunden. Ganz zu Anfang wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir eine Box für das Kleid dazu bekommen. Wir wurden explizit nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass das Zubehör (Bügel, Robe und Unterrock) separat bezahlt werden muss. Nicht mal an der Kasse wurde dies mitgeteilt. Es hieß immer nur, dass wir diese Box zum Kleid dazu bekommen. Daheim als wir auf die Rechnung geschaut haben, waren wir natürlich sehr enttäuscht 😞

Apart from finding the dress I did want to try different styles on. The 1 st one is absolutely a %90 but there was no chair to sit on in the changing room. I wasn’t offered a gown as I am very self conscious about my legs I was left standing in my knickers and bra which I didn’t like at all while the lady went to get more dresses I was made very welcome by the staff but I am so disappointed by the way it was handled. I can’t stand for to long and I felt naked in front of a stranger. Maybe a chair in the room and a gown to cover us But the staff are luvly defiantly going back but gonna voice my concerns next time when i hopefully leaving with my dress.

Amazing team who helped me choose a amazing dress. But was very disappointed in the lack of dresses available. Only a small number of dresses styles in certain sizes. And also dresses advertised in the website where bit available in store.

Mir wurde der Laden von einer Freundin empfohlen. Was ich schade fand war, das man zwar nach seinen Wünschen gefragt wird, aber die Braut zum Beispiel bei der ersten Runde nicht zum Kleider gucken mitgenommen wird. Ich finde so kann der/die Berater gleich viel besser einen Einblick in den Geschmack der Braut bekommen, um eine bessere Beratung ermöglichen zu können. Auf die Aussage von meinen Begleitern, dass sie ein Kleid gesehen haben, welches mir gefallen könnte, wurde erst nach mehrmaligen sagen eingegangen. Die Kleider aus der Beratung waren nicht schlecht, trafen aber nicht so ganz meinen Geschmack. Am Ende ist es das Kleid geworden, welches meine Begleiter gesehen hatten.

Ganz so professionell wie im Brautmodenladen, wie man es kennt, ist es leider nicht. Die Beraterin war toll, aber es hatte der Flair und das Drumherum gefehlt. Wer was erwartet ist hier nicht ganz richtig. Alle Kleider sind nicht vorrätig und ebenso nicht alle Größen. Des Weiteren kann man Kleider nicht von Filiale zu Filiale schicken lassen. Dennoch kann man sein (Traum)Kleid finden. Im nächsten Leben würde ich tatsächlich in einem "richtigen" Brautmodenladen gehen.
