“The BEST EXPERIENCE EVER, you WILL WALK OUT WITH A DRESS! I walked into the Bromley store not excited, as I had a bad experience with another store earlier in the week. From the minute I walked in, the staff were lovely and a joy to be around. The customer service was exceptional! I'm really fussy when it comes to dresses but I walked out with a fabulous dress which i never would've tried on. I would recommend this store in every lifetime, especially if you're a curvy girl - they make you feel just as comfortable and special without you worrying about nothing fitting you.”

“I walked in Sunday and the team here at Surbiton could not have been more happy to help me. After a couple of different experiences at different boutiques, Harli and the others were a breath of fresh air. They made me feel comfortable, boosted my confidence and were a huge support. “Numerous dresses on their website but once in store they tell you that 95% of the dresses you have shortlisted are obsolete, old stock that they no longer sell- so why keep them on the website as customers would expect the majority to still be current designs that you sell. In addition they carry a very limited number of sizes so again limited choice. Be aware of upselling, cost for coat hangers and bags even for underskirts when actually you could take the underskirt away in it's sealed cellophane packet rather than pay for additional bag and hanger (but they will not highlight this to you as they want to upsell) Be aware of being told that you "do really need the underskirt" it is an "essential" to prevent the dress sticking to you or being see through in natural lighting- this was clearly NOT the case for my dress who had a lining. When I tried to return the unused item they declined as it was out of 14 days and they only exchange not refund anyway. Mis selling and upselling. Alterations suggested as "straight forward, simple, easy" not the case. Very disappointed and would not return to buy bridesmaid or matron of honour dresses.”

“Cali has been absolutely amazing with my Wed2be experience. So lovely and accommodating to my needs and helped me find the perfect dress for me. Cali listened to everything I asked for and helped me find a style that was not only beautiful but also perfect for my frame. “Niobe, based at the St Paul’s London Branch, is Truly an Experienced Bridal Consultant. When I arrived at the store, Niobe consulted with me, my size, style & showed interest in the vision for my Wedding Day, so she could match the dress. After 3 dresses which just kept getting prettier, Niobe brought out the most Amazing & Prettiest Wedding Dress & Accessorised with a matching Beautiful Vail, Sleeves & Belt. Any Bride being fitted by Niobe will walk out of Wed2b Feeling & Looking Beautiful & Amazing. Thank You Niobe & Thank You Wed2b for a Great Fitting.”

“I had a fantastic experience when getting my dress. I came in February to try some on (however I wasn't well). I came back to finally get a dress in March. Saffron was absolutely amazing. She really understand what I asked for and what I would like in my dress, which lead me to say yes to the dress. I couldn't thank Saffron enough for her help!”
