“Visited Wed2Be in Southampton, looking for my daughter's wedding dress. Our assistant Riley was excellent! - patient, friendly, knowledgeable.....the other staff were also very good. The selection of dresses was extensive and well organised. We found the perfect dress, in a stress free and friendly environment. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“I went to Wed2Be London central in December 2024 and was served by Charli. I had booked to go to a small boutique in the afternoon but wanted to just try on some dresses before to work out what I liked before my booking, so I wasn’t expecting to find a dress there to be honest! Charli was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable and special. She took the time at the start to work out what it was I was looking for and explain the process. She then took me to a changing room which was spacious and nicely done up. There was also plenty of room for all the people I’d brought with me. Charli brought over dresses based on the consultation, and I absolutely fell in love with the first one I tried on. Charli was so patient with me and I didn’t feel rushed at all (I’d honestly recommend going in the lead up to Christmas if you can cause it was so much less busy than usual!). I was allowed to walk around to get a feeling for how the dress moved which was really helpful. All of the other staff made me feel so great as I walked around too and it was such a nice, friendly and supportive atmosphere! I was also allowed to put the dress back on after trying all the others to confirm it was the right one and I didn’t just feel that way cause it was the first one. As I had the booking in the afternoon, where I’d seen some dresses online I loved, I was nervous about buying the dress on the spot (but didn’t want to leave it in case it went, as there was only one in my size), so I was able to put down a deposit on the dress which came off the full price if I decided to come back for it. I went into the day expecting the boutique to be the more pleasant experience, but when I got there I felt rushed and not particularly special. I was only allowed to try on three dresses there and they didn’t even let me try my favourite on a second time. I ultimately decided to go back and get the Wed2Be dress (although I loved some of the dresses at the boutique as much), as the experience is such a big part of it, and the prices are obviously so much more reasonable than small boutiques. When I went back in my experience was equally lovely, with all the staff being super friendly and the service was great. They boxed my dress up really nicely, gave me care instructions and answered all my questions. I cannot wait to wear my dress! Thank you so much to Charli and all the team!”

“First dress appointment I have had and I went with an embellished, thin strapped A line in mind. I tried on a beautiful basque boned strapless dress as a last minute decision after trying on several embellished ones, and burst into tears. Chelsea and Georgia helped me and they were absolutely brilliant. I can't thank them enough and I'm shocked that I found the dress so quickly and how helpful the girls were.”

“I had a really lovely experience finding a wedding dress at Wed2b today. Abbie was so helpful and found me loads of different dresses while listening to all the things I liked and disliked. I came in with no expectations of walking out with a dress (I just thought I would be browsing today) but have bought my wedding dress today and I’m very happy with it! I didn’t feel at all pressured to make a decision and Abbie made me feel very at ease the whole time!”

“Last Friday we had a lovely experience we where seen by Casey @ the Camberley store who was fantastic so helpful and knew her job brilliantly , I'm not a confident person with my boby but she made the experience so much better and i felt comfortable trying the dresses on The store was quite which for myself was so much better we had most of the staff there giving advise and everyone of them where lovely and welcoming and reassuring”

“Vandaag was de dag om mijn droomjurk te vinden. Ik was aardig zenuwachtig omdat dit de allereerste keer was. Trouwen doe je tenslotte maar èèn keer in je leven. Jaqueline heeft mij fantastisch geholpen, zo liefdevol en oprecht! Dankjewel voor de eerlijkheid maar ook het lachen! Ik heb mijn droomjurk gevonden, i said yes to the dress!!”

“Es war mein erster Besuch in einem Brautladen und ich habe nicht damit gerechnet, schon beim ersten Mal ein Kleid zu finden. Ich wurde eines Besseres belehrt: Bereits das erste Kleid, das Karin für mich rausgesucht hat, war perfekt. Insgesamt habe ich 6 Kleider anprobiert - alle wunderschön - und bin dann aber mit ganzem Herzen beim ersten geblieben. Die Auswahl war toll, die Beratung war toll und die Atmosphäre war toll. Sehr professionell. Ich werde es definitiv weiterempfehlen!”
