“After trying on a lot of dresses at different shops, I finally found the one at wed2b! Lovely people are there to help you. Just know that they don't have a lot of dresses, so there needs to be some luck involved!”

“I very highly recommend anyone to visit Wed2b Gateshead, from the get go every staff member were incredibly lovely, made you feel at ease and very helpful. With my wedding being very intimate and me not wanting anything too full on, I felt like Saffron understood me from the get go! Having browsed some of the dresses online and having some ideas in mind… the first dress she pulled for me was the one! I tried on a few others but nothing was comparing. Saffron was super helpful, made me feel really at ease and I can’t thank her enough. I wanted to sit in my dress all day wondering around the place! It’s made me even more excited and I can’t wait to get back into my dress. A huge thank you again, would definitely recommend anyone to try Wed2b”

“Couldn’t fault the girls but dress bags and hangers (cardboard ones given) should really be provided when collecting the bridesmaids dresses after spending over €1k in the shop.”

“Lucia was very helpful and friendly. She was very knowledgeable. Listen to what was said by the bride and the family which was agreed by all. I found the dress of my dreams with all my accessories. She spoke about how the dress could be altered to fit better. Lucia got me to giving the dress a score out of 5 for the best dress. I would give her a 5 out of 5. Thank you so much for all her help.”

“I’m going to keep this anonymous due to personal details being discussed. I had to leave this review and include these personal details as I’m just so amazed at how well I have been treated by the company. I first visited and fell in love with the Leo on the 3rd December. Staff were lovely throughout and very helpful. I found out that I was pregnant on the 16th December so with one day left in my exchange period I exchanged for a size up incase I needed extra room following a baby. Again, the staff were amazing congratulating me and nothing was an issue. Fast forward to the 10th of January and I miscarried. My dress was out of exchange but I informed wed2b of my circumstances and asked if I could swap back to the smaller size fully appreciating that they could say no. They did not hesitate, expressed their condolences. Checked the dress was in stock in the smaller size and held it back for me all within moments of me asking. Once in store staff were kind and helpful and fast. I can’t thank you guys enough for everything you’ve done for me. This was the Rotherham store.”

“Visited the Gateshead store on saturday with my friend to find her dream dress, the lady who we dealt with first was very pushy and not very friendly at all. We then were given our bridal consultant who was no better, again she was very pushy, unfriendly and rushing us. I would give zero stars if I could as it was such a shame a lovely experience was ruined.”

“I said yes to the dress in WED2B Dublin today! Surabhi and Orlaith were an absolute pleasure to work with. I felt so listened to and together we were able to find my dream dress! They were so patient with me and I didn’t feel rushed at all. It feels great to have been able to walk out with my dress on the day, and at such an affordable price!”

“I said yes to the dress today in the Hinckley store! Lorentz was incredible, so thoughtful and listened to everything I had to say about each dress and found me my dream dress I couldn't help but buy on the spot! 100% would recommend to any fellow brides!”

“An amazing experience at wed2b Milton Keynes! Said yes to my dress, the whole experience was brilliant right from the start. My consultant was Christina who was great , she was so knowledgeable and found dress to suit my shape. She chose me a dress which I thought I wouldn’t like but she said she thought it would really suit my figure. This was the dress I fell in love with. So friendly and made me feel so special, nothing was too much and she made sure I wasn’t rushed and had enough time. 10/10 for customer service she was absolutely brilliant and definitely made me day the best it could possibly be! “Iedereen is zeer vriendelijk en voelde me direct thuis. Anitta was een enorme steun tijdens het zoeken naar mijn droomjurk. Zij wist precies hoe ze me op mijn gemak kon stellen en gaf advies dat perfect bij me paste. Haar oog voor detail en enthousiasme maakten het proces niet alleen stressvrij, maar ook heel bijzonder.
