The guy I dealt with was very good. Received two quotes for my car and they decided to only offer on the cheapest quote saying I had put the wrong details for my car which was the reason for the higher quote, that was complete rubbish in fact my car was 3 months younger than what I had said. Also they take to long to settle any finance and payout and difference to you. Been left without a car for over a week waiting for the funds.

Quick, easy, friendly and fair. Made a same day appointment and sold my car for just under £1000 than the given price. Quick sale.

Car initially valued by member of team as grade 3 - had to return to complete sale a few days later and different member of team brought down to grade 4. Staff training cited for error in original assessment - frustrating and apparently not the first time it has occurred. £500 of a difference depending on who looks at car - doesn’t fill you with confidence that staff know what they are doing…

We found that the actual offer price varied massively from the quote given online and this was due to the fact that the quote online is graded as a showroom car……..never gonna happen. Found it misleading, a charge for the bank Transfer from them and then a charge for a faster payment!!! Frustrating!

Process straightforward. Would expect more allowance for fair wear and tear. It seems that whenever they are presented with a vehicle they always find ways to drop the price for the smallest of matters. nearly walked away but just wanted it done.

Reduced the price from the offer for minor discrepancies. Sorted the log book in 4 days. Returned and price reduced another £300 with out any changes milage etc to the vehicle. This was a prestige vehicle.

The guy who helped me was really nice. It’s a quicker process but price gets lowered A lot. You’d get a lot more selling privately but good for continence . Probably wouldn’t use them again if I had more time to sell private

I have sold cars with we buy any car before and you k ow that imperfections and other things they will look to write the price of the quote down. However I was extremley disappointed today to be told that the price had dropped even before we looked at the car as day of my appointment was not soon enough from booking. Extremley disappointed as I would have expected a courtesy call to inform me of this which was a booking directly throughtt their site within 5 days.

Lady was very over run with lots of people wanting to be seen I had appointment and a figure made that wasn’t kept to and value of the car decreased by almost 200 pound with in day So Unfair When told as long as fall service history provided I would recicve the amount arrange the day before The lady was very good at her job And did get and resolve everything with not all the right documents So she persevered in getting the correct information

Didn't get off to a good start, as long delay. Low price offered which we declined but went back the next day and haggled a little. New offer was acceptable and the deal was done. Friendly chap running the show at Chelmer Village.

Friendly service and easy transaction . However the assistant didn’t know the answer to a couple of questions I asked . Not his fault , I assume they hadn’t come up before . Also a little disappointed with the difference in the online offer and the on-site offer.
