Lady was very over run with lots of people wanting to be seen I had appointment and a figure made that wasn’t kept to and value of the car decreased by almost 200 pound with in day
So Unfair
When told as long as fall service history provided I would recicve the amount arrange the day before
The lady was very good at her job
And did get and resolve everything with not all the right documents
So she persevered in getting the correct information
