“£5 for delievry AND £5 to return is ridiculous. £10 to find out the trousers are not the size I expected and need to go back. I like Wax's clothes but the fees are too high especially when their own sizing isn't brilliant so I'm having to send things back that are my size but don't fit. The trousers themselves were just way too big, despite going for the smaller size (one below Wax's own recommendation). Too long and too wide.”

“Sizing is very inconsistent. Super disappointed with this one as I paid for next day delivery and had to return it. Large is also sold out now. I now own Wax products in size xs, medium and large, all of which fit the same.”
“Bought a size Large & was disappointed; the chest/arm holes are extremely tight while the mid-section has an extra amount of fabric. Who are you designing for? Are you assuming that if you purchase a large you are overweight? You have a global clientele, some of us have large chests and small waists. Additionally, your return shipping policy is ridiculous, I don't know another high-end designer that is so cheap. Never recommending this brand to anyone.”
“I usually purchase my WAX from Park and Province in Toronto. I own probably 8 pieces now. I was disappointed in the sizing for the NAPLES POLO SHIRT. I waited for the XXL a few times from you directly as the shop only carries XL. The XXL was exactly the same length as the XL, just with longer sleeves. I’m too lazy to return it so I’ll just keep it, but at 6”1 (not that big) and a very slim build, shocked that XL is so small and the XXL is so u proportioned. I’ll love your company tho. Kisses.”
“One shirt fits great, the other too slim to even wear. No warning of the slimmer size in description. Lost 150 dollars as I washed it in cold water and let it air dry thinking it would possibly stretch--I like the shirt so much I really wanted to make it fit. My mistake I suppose.”
“The return process was a nightmare. I had the barcode to show to USPS but it doesn’t actually work in the states so I ended up paying 26$ to return them and they kept making me get back in line to fill out customs forms. It ended up taking about an hour and a half. I ordered another pair and luckily they fit but I probably won’t order from here again because the return experience of trying different sizes is not cost effective”
“The product (Whiting Shirt) arrived rather quickly, which I appreciated. However, the sizing was grossly disproportionate to the sizing guide listed on the website. I was very disappointed, and even more so because I had to pay an exorbitant amount to send it back.”
“My first purchase from WAX London. Good design and quality. However for international customers, your service is just one of the worst ones. I purchased a few shirts from WoodWood and PaulSmith at the same time I bought one from your website and received everything within a week except yours. Of cause there were prompt shipping update via email from both brands. But for WAX London, there was no update for shipping or anything for ages that I almost thought there were something wrong with my order. Finally after more than 10 days I got a text from DHL and received the shirt shortly. Why do you charge expensive shipping fee since your service is almost as poor as Alibaba.com? Bad brad experience. Work harder!!!”
“I wouldn't bring this up, but since I was asked to write a review: Unfortunately, their website does not state basic information such as the composition of clothes. Their customer support team was unable to provide me with the correct information, and so only when it arrived did I learn that what was supposed to be a 100% wool coat was, in fact, just a wool blend (47%) coat. I believe that the support team made a genuine mistake, but I just don't understand why this cannot be stated on the website, it would be easier for both sides. The return process was really simple though (I'm waiting for the money now).”
“First: I LOVE THE SHIRT !!!
Second: The mechanics of ordering and delivery are professional, customer friendly and efficient.
Last but not least: I ordered a size 2X and received a shirt with a tag labeled 2X, BUT the shirt actually fit my Step Son, who is a size Medium. I gifted the shirt to him.
What is the next step ???”
“I was sent the wrong item, sent back to the warehouse requesting the right one be sent. Royal Mail tracking shows it had been delivered a week ago but no replacement shirt has arrived and I’ve had no communication from the company about what’s going on. I emailed customer service asking for confirmation they are at least dealing with it but I’ve still nothing 4 days later - very poor! Expect much better when the shirt costs £120.”
“I purchased a £120 shirt for my son, for a Christmas present, and was still charged postage which I think is disgusting. If it wasn't wanted as a git I would not have purchased off this company.”
