The return process was a nightmare. I had the barcode to show to USPS but it doesn’t actually work in the states so I ended up paying 26$ to return them and they kept making me get back in line to fill out customs forms. It ended up taking about an hour and a half. I ordered another pair and luckily they fit but I probably won’t order from here again because the return experience of trying different sizes is not cost effective
