“Great product and better than it looked in the images on Instagram. I was really pleased with the speed and efficient delivery of my jacket. It arrived in environmentally friendly packaging and a QR code to discover more about Wax’s ethical practices. All in all a great service and I will be purchasing again.”
“I have bought from Wax many times now and love the clothing, it's really of a very high quality and looks fantastic. The only reason I voted 4/5 is that I've bought 3 sets of bottoms from Wax so far and with 2 of those, the seams on the pockets have started to fray pretty early on into owning them. Other than though, couldn't be happier.”
“Good communication backed up by first rate quality. Sometimes you get what you pay for and from Wax, the material, the craftsmanship and the detail are always top notch. Even in the simple stuff. I've been very happy with everything I've ordered.”
“A few of the buttons were very badly handstitched (one was hanging off) which required strengthening. One fo the seams was a little tight, which made the front of the jacket rise slightly, and this reuqired some alteration. I love the material, it's great, but the craftsmanship was not really up to a £100+ plus garment, it's a hard material to work with but there should be better quality control.”
“Slowly but surely replacing all the old cheap rubbish I used to buy and wear with Wax. The quality is first class. Looks great on. And the service received (where needed) has been great too.”
“The wool jacket I purchased is extremely stylish, lightweight, and warm. I love it because I was able to get it for a fair price and it was delivered quickly!”
“Lovely products, good ethical approach, and first rate customer service: I wanted to return an item that wasn't quite right and Wax made it super easy, 10/10 for that, and it means now I want to buy from Wax again.”
“Very happy with my purchases: a navarino rain coat and a witham coach jacket. Both are quite light and look good. one suggestion is that the inner pocket on the witham jacket needs to be sewed down because as it is it flaps out all the time. i put in a couple sititches and it's far better.”
