“Enjoying using my wave Osaka. I would like clearer instructions or a video about connecting the different pipes snd the filter, it’s not easy for one person! Overall happy and hope to get a good few years use from it!”

“We never had a hut tub Jacuzzi or a spa We thought about it long and hard As we'd done without thus far. However, on the internet We saw a tempting ad Order now for later To not do would be mad! Everything then went to plan We're set up well and truly As for our tub, we're thrilled to bits It really is a beauty! So when our friends ask How it went How much, how long and where We dont have to think that hard Or hesitate to share Our choice is simple, everytime, for the money you can save For the extra special service too For sure, give us a Wave!”

“I had an accident with my tub, I emailed the customer service team and spoke with Anna. She informed me that she would email me when a new liner would be available to order, but in the mean time she would send a repair kit for free. A few hours later she emailed me back saying that the liners were in stock quicker than she thought and that unfortunately there were no repair kits, but she had managed to go around the office and pick up spare parts and put them together to make a repair kit. I received my new liner and repair kits within 2 days of purchase. This service was outstanding and I couldn’t thank Anna more for the help she provided.”

“Received my hottub just 3 days after ordering it...which was just in time for the 30 degree heatwave. Absolutely love it although instructions were not clear when inflating it and abit disappointed that I still havnt received my chemicals yet but overall I would highly recommend, the only negative is I didnt purchase it years ago!!”

“Heaven and hell This is the feedback that I sent to them direct. It has been a difficult journey and to finally sit in my hot tub is a joy. You could have made the process much smoother and less frustrating. The first tub had a serious fault, as it deflated, and was replaced. It would have been so much nicer to talk to a human being about the issues as there was a heatwave at the time. Then the O rings leaked badly and, as there was a shortage, it took 2 weeks to receive replacements. Another heatwave and no one to talk to. So though it is a difficult time with Covid, it is not pleasant to sit by an unusable hot tub for a month and keep getting emails promoting Wave Spa.”

“Superb customer service thought I was some O rings short, they dispatched them the same day. So easy to put up, just love the bubbles. Been in it every night even though the temp out side is probably higher than the tub at present, it is still a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Even the grand children are trying to convince their parents to get one.”

“My family and I are delighted with our Wave Pacific Hot Tub. We knew that there would be a wait when we ordered it, but it still arrived sooner than expected. It was very easy to set up and is easy to maintain. We bought the chemical starter pack too, which was also easy to use. Subsequently, we have bought some additional chemicals and accessories, all delivered promptly and easy to use. We find that we’re using the hot tub every day. My son is in it now, even though it’s 29 degrees outside!”
