Heaven and hell
This is the feedback that I sent to them direct.
It has been a difficult journey and to finally sit in my hot tub is a joy. You could have made the process much smoother and less frustrating.
The first tub had a serious fault, as it deflated, and was replaced. It would have been so much nicer to talk to a human being about the issues as there was a heatwave at the time. Then the O rings leaked badly and, as there was a shortage, it took 2 weeks to receive replacements. Another heatwave and no one to talk to.
So though it is a difficult time with Covid, it is not pleasant to sit by an unusable hot tub for a month and keep getting emails promoting Wave Spa.
