“Delivery was well over due and very frustrating. BUT we now have one of the best spa's we think you can buy for the money All works as should and very easy to assemble all in all very happy with the Atlantic spa”

“Recently purchased a Wave Osaka Hot Tub. I cannot rave enough about it, absolutely stunning, all the family are so jealous. Couple of negatives, 1. I was informed the hot tub was on the way but no indication of the actual day. A week later I received notification by the driver an hour before he was about to deliver it. I was a couple of hundred miles away at the time. Thank god for fantastic parents. 2. Unfortunately, we still have not had the Starter Kit, so had to source alternatives. Still would choose the Osaka again, fantastic. I will upload a photo in a month when I have the surrounds built.”

“I bought my Wave Pacific last year. Had it up and running since October 2020, through sun, rain, hail, wind and snow. Had no problems at all. (Love using it on a dark, cold evening when you can see the stars.) Earier this year I was diagnosed with severe hip arthritis and am awaiting a replacement hip. The bubbles in the hot tub are a great pain relief. When I need a new one, I will definitely buy a Wave again. Highly recommend!!”

“Can't fault the hottub, quick to put up and heats up quick too. My only critique on it would be its hard to find information on which filter etc need as spare. Ive had the hot tub 2 weeks and have been in it every day. The reason i marked 1 star down is im still waiting for the starter pack to arrive that was ordered with the hot tub. Luckily i had chlorine left from last pool but that now run out so hope it arrives soon as its nearly 3 weeks late, i was also promised 2 free filters which im yet to receive. Also delivery courier DPD left the hottub at incorrect address luckily i walked around the street and found it, but had to ger the wheel barrow out to move it 😭”

“We bought our unit from wave and despite my initial scepticism I am loving the tub. The service has been great from them. Products arrive quickly and were easy to use, install and maintain. As someone who didn’t think they would like it I’m glad my wife convinced me to give the hot tub a go. Good value and so far any interaction or orders with wave have been top notch.”
