Recently purchased a Wave Osaka Hot Tub. I cannot rave enough about it, absolutely stunning, all the family are so jealous. Couple of negatives, 1. I was informed the hot tub was on the way but no indication of the actual day. A week later I received notification by the driver an hour before he was about to deliver it. I was a couple of hundred miles away at the time. Thank god for fantastic parents. 2. Unfortunately, we still have not had the Starter Kit, so had to source alternatives. Still would choose the Osaka again, fantastic. I will upload a photo in a month when I have the surrounds built.
