“Ordered a 2-4 person spa which was due to arrive at the end of October, it arrived it arrived 2 days after ordering. Seems a good quality product which was easy to set up and fabulous to use. Very confortable, effective and relaxing. I was suprised at how strong the air bubbles are for an inflatable hot tub. Brilliant, would recommend.”

“Ordered in June last year and delivered at the end of August. Very easy to set up and install on our garden. We had a problem with the air pump within a week of delivery. Contacted Wave and had a complete replacement within 3 days. Excellent service from the team. Used it outdoors until early November. Since then we’ve had a summerhouse built and guess what, the Wave spa is in there and we can enjoy a much better experience. First class product, first class service and first class team. Well done Wave”

“The product is great. The instructions for setting up certainly needs improving as the foam round the top, is not even mentioned in the booklet, nore on the u tube version. The delay in its arrival (almost a month) left it's bitterness though. Little things like the above can make a high difference to a company reputation. Look forward to a better service on the future.”

“In the process of buying my 2nd hot tub from wave. All my accessories where delivered within the week well packaged. Unfortunately can’t review the products received as won’t be using them until the actual tub is delivered. But so far service has been great and would highly recommend.”
