The product is great. The instructions for setting up certainly needs improving as the foam round the top, is not even mentioned in the booklet, nore on the u tube version.
The delay in its arrival (almost a month) left it's bitterness though. Little things like the above can make a high difference to a company reputation. Look forward to a better service on the future.
