“Brilliant service. I purchased filters at a bargain price, cleaning kit and inflatable top. They were on a delayed delivery but came quite quickly via Amazon. Sturdy packaging. The inflatable top stops the temperature drop dramatically over night. Definitely noticed the difference. I would recommend the inflatable top to all hot tub buyers.”

“I received my Hot Tub around 4 weeks ago, but due to having caught Covid I have just been able to enjoy it. I spend 6 x 40 minutes a day in it to help me get back to full health. This Hot Tub helps me with all the complications I had with covid and I say in about two weeks time I hope to be fully fit. I purchased the 6 people one and it took a little longer to be delivered but me and my family are loving every minute of it. Thanks Wave”

“Although I had to wait longer than I hoped for the delivery of my hot tub, we love it now it’s here. We order the Atlantic Plus rattan style and looks good in the garden. The communication from wave spa and the customer service was excellent. I’ve also order additional chemicals and delivery has been prompt and efficient.”

“So far so good!!! Hot tub came a week early. But no sign of the extra thermal lid and chemicals i ordered. I emailed them a few days later and they responded back within an hour. The thermal lid arrived the next day. We have received an email saying the chemicals are going to be a few weeks late. Which isn't a problem as we are not using the tub till October as we are waiting for our patio do be done. I have given them 5 stars as the communication has been excellent. Some of the reviews regarding commination/customer care have been poor. cant fault them on that.”

“They came back within 24hours of my query with suggestions on how to solve my problems, took a couple of days and a few attempts but eventually worked out what was wrong and got my tub up and running again!”

“Recently bought Wave Swift Rattan spa, decided on this rather than inflatable ones. Have to say, very impressed, look and feel of a much more expensive tub without the price tag. With the foam flooring and additional inflatable cover, keeps it well heated and insulated.”
