So far so good!!! Hot tub came a week early. But no sign of the extra thermal lid and chemicals i ordered. I emailed them a few days later and they responded back within an hour. The thermal lid arrived the next day. We have received an email saying the chemicals are going to be a few weeks late. Which isn't a problem as we are not using the tub till October as we are waiting for our patio do be done. I have given them 5 stars as the communication has been excellent. Some of the reviews regarding commination/customer care have been poor. cant fault them on that.
