“I have just booked a 4 night stay in wroxham. Charlotte dealt with this and she was so so good and really helpful. I had to call a few times (due to me!!) and spoke with two other members who knew that i was about to call and where equally lovely. “Call handler very polite and helpful and booking process simple. However, we never got a booking reference, as defined in their terms, and when we got to our lodge, it did not have an en suite bathroom and there was no bath in the property, as advertised! This caused a problem as we had our young son with us. Having checked with the park operator we were told that the pet-friendly lodges do not have a bath. Disappointed. However, standard of holiday otherwise was very good.”

Thank you for your review and comments regarding the lodges at Shearbarn. We are sorry that your lodge was not as you expected, we have looked into this with the owners to see what has happened as we were unaware of this too. There are a selection of lodges at this location and it seems that there are some that are configured somewhat differently. It was a shame that the owners were not aware that you were unhappy with any aspect of your lodge during your stay as they may well have been able to change you to another one. Our property details have now all been updated accordingly.
