initially service was good but the order said "Order Complete"straight away?? I have waited 18 days for the items to be delivered?? NO phone calls from the delivery people, I rang them twice in Liverpool. I CAN't ring Victorian Plumbing?? I have done endless "Chats" had one apology for the delay from VP but even when they were informed about delivery from the Transport people VP didn't contact me. It will make me nervous about ordering from them again

faulty valve in chatsworth lever pillar tap so it leaks. Cannot get thro to anyone to explain. cannot send photo of inside of valve. Absolutely hopless customer service. Will never buy anything from you again & will pass the words round about you. Worse company I have ever tried to deal with.

Very unhelpful customer service team. Told that have Discontinued the filter to my hot water tap but it is still advertised. Sent a different one Tinu’s that didn’t fit and when asked for help gone nothing had to try and work it out ourselves. Then told as they have dealt with our enquiry they are closing the complaint. They didn’t do anything. Appalling service

Worst service ever experienced. Contacted in November to order a replacement sink. I have paid for the product and I am still waiting for it. Do not use this company all you will experience is delay.

Astonishing: the ‘hot’ and ‘cold’ on top of these taps just wipes off! Incredible. These taps were fitted 4 weeks ago and now you can’t tell which one is cold and which is hot, making them fairly useless/dangerous. Obvs I can’t send them back because to get replacement ones fitted would be another costly call out for the plumber.

ORD-0041760886-2304389 I am not sure how they have such good reviews, I had a terrible experience using this website. I ordered 2 toilet, shower mixer, bath tap, and 2 basin taps. Literally everything arrived scratched. Retuning is a nightmare, my case is still a work in progress, still have not managed to deal with my returned packs. Delivery took almost a week and a half. Total order was over £1100, I can only use the toilets, had to return everything else, now waiting for another 2 weeks minimum until they give me the money back for the returned items, I had to buy everything again from another website, so spend twice the money, once on this website, once for the good that I could actually use. I am very sorry but I will not recommend to anyone and I will stay far away from ordering from you. You need to sort out the staff that its in charge of revising and posting the orders, everything was beautifully packed and not damaged in transit, items where not checked properly by the person who packed them, clearly. This could have all been avoided if the person that packed my items checked them properly.

Yet to install, but the delivery was awful. We were asked of access to property then the driver just left it on the road, didn't even ask where to leave it, it was a hazard for traffic. I wouldn't mind but we had a garage it could have gone in. Don't buy from them! Spend your money elsewhere

A tap I ordered was not the right one. It was sent back in original package and extra packing material used to protect the tap in transit. When this company received it they stated it was damaged, it was not. Apparently there is no refund and no offer has been made to send it back to me for inspection and photos supplied do not show me the damage the company are claiming

Prices were competitive, delivery service was awful. My delivery was abandoned outside my house under the cover of darkness. When I used their online service to enquire why my delivery was late they took more than a week to respond. Unlikely to use again.

All the tiles that came were broken. I have had one response in 10 days re the problem. I've contacted company three times.

Absolutely awful experience, item arrived damaged and nearly two weeks on they have still not offered any kind of solution. But you do get an automated message apologising for it taking so long to get back to you... A very disappointing and stressful experience so far. No idea how we will get this bathroom finished our builders won't wait any longer.

If you buy off these make sure you get your order right , I ordered the wrong shower screen at £350 and they make you send the order back at rediculous costs , it’s cost me £90 to send the item back , they are not helpful at all , the phone number doesn’t exist anymore either so you struggle to get in touch with them

Trying to contact somebody at Victoria Plumbing is like looking for a needle in a hay stack…. I have sent several emails regarding a broken bath panel and still awaiting a reply. Only positive is quick delivery.

Not a good service parts missing, stated 3 to 7 days delivery it took 14 days to arrive. Not able to talk to anyone when found parts missing. Would not recommend.
