initially service was good but the order said "Order Complete"straight away?? I have waited 18 days for the items to be delivered?? NO phone calls from the delivery people, I rang them twice in Liverpool. I CAN't ring Victorian Plumbing?? I have done endless "Chats" had one apology for the delay from VP
but even when they were informed about delivery from the Transport people VP didn't contact me.
It will make me nervous about ordering from them again
