“I will never use Vets Now again. They seemed more concerned about providing and extortionate quote than my cat and making sure I paid a 50% deposit, they also added a charity donation to thebquote without my permission. The consulting rooms were dirty, the sinks brown and every chair in the waiting room and consulting rooms covered in dog hair. The high handed attitude of the vet really annoyed me. I decided the next day that my cat needed to be put to sleep, when I got there a nice vet brought her to me to say goodbye, my cat was had been given opiods for some reason, i wasn't conviced she needed them, her pupils were the size of her eyes and she was thrashing around an in great distress, that is my lasting memory and it is extremely upsetting.”

“Had to wait for nearly 2 hours even though there was only one person before me. The vet who saw my cat was pleasant and efficient and the receptionist was very helpful. I do think the cost is too high though and would put people off seeking care which may have an impact on their pets outcome. I paid £225 for a 5 minute consultation. 2 weeks later my cat had the same problem and I took her to my own vets. It only cost £33.”

“Was really disappointed with our first experience with you and it will be our last. As an emergency vet I wouldn’t be going unless I thought my dog needed to see a vet quickly, which she did. Last night I brought my 9 week old puppy into you with swelling in the face - the risk for the throat to swell is high and even higher for a small puppy. We waited an hour and a half in a freezing cold waiting room where my puppy was shivering! Thankfully we found another emergency vets 30 mins away and on arrival, we were taken straight in and treatment was given - driving 30 mins away, we received quicker treatment than we would of had if we stayed. When we arrived at vetsnow we could see both of her eyes, when we arrived at the other vets her left eye was swollen shut - she didn’t need to have gotten worse as we were with you for plenty of time. For the price you charge, you would think the service would be of better quality.”

“Came in with a very close to death dog (neglected in another vets) Within 24 hours after being in the care of vets now he was back to normal, couldn’t thank them enough for everything they have done for us”

“We had an out of hours dadh to thr Colwyn Bay branch. My Bishon Frise suffers from urine crystals and looked like she was passing blood. The vet (a lady) was fantastic, she did all the tests required gave us enough meds and recomended additional treatment to discuss with my vet on the Monday.”

“They telephone staff were friendly and helpful, the vet was very good I was concerned that while waiting in the waiting room the admin staff were talking about lots of different things and one then said they had saved everything under the wrong client. I also feel the cost is excessive for an out of hours service, exactly the same treatment 1 hour earlier would be half the cost.”
