Stick with a local installation company as Verishite are not accredited and stick everything up with double sided tape or hammer and nails. Then charge a monthly subscription for a pizza delivery guy to drive past 3 hours after alarm went off.

Had my cameras installed today the guy was amazing he made sure all of the cameras and sensors are working very polite even came all the way over from Liverpool and all works great

Terrible salesman tell lies and bend truth suit hey sales hiding huge costs in contracts. The installation is poor and the systems don’t often even work correctly. Google a local alarm installer before signing up!

The price is a joke when the whole system isn’t even insurance approved the sales person aka use blue tac to stick the sensors up the response centre is run by chickens the whole set up and how it works is like going to toys r us and buying tools no professionalism in the quality of the service and systems

Avoid like the plague. Sales people lie! Only found out after installation. No one can work on their system either so had to start again.

I wouldn't really award one star but I am unable to comment without doing so. I am the executor of the estate of my late brother who died in October 2021. I contacted Verisure in January 2022 to advise them of his death and that his contract neede to be cancelled. I was asked to submit a copy of his Death Certificate which I emailed to Verisure on the 18th January 2022. I received an email from Verisure (in essence asking if I wished to transfer the contract to someone else). I said no. On the 24th January 2022 I received a further email to advise that I will be contacted by the Custome Care Team requesting that I provide a contact telephone number and indicate the best time of the day to receive a call. I indicated anytime after 4pm. I have heard nothing until the receipt of a threatening 'debt recovery' letter addressed to my brother which was received on Friday 11th March 2022. I have made three telephone calls to Customer Support (Customer Care don't receive incoming call) to be told that someone will call me back to cancel the contract. Verisure have sat on this matter for two-months. No explanation afforded me to the lack of customer care and incompetence. They are clearly desperate to retain business - sadly customers die and the service is no longer required. The fact that they fail to respond to such circumstances speaks volumes to me about the ethics of this company. I have read their respective value statement on their website - they are laughable. If you are considering placing business with Verisure - please think again! The worst company that I have ever had to deal with.

Verisure are very poor on customer service I have been complaining to them since 24 February 2022.and the still have not addressed me overcharged by them even vow there paper says so.customer services are very poor and say they will get back to you in five working days and they don't do what they say. It is no the 11 march and they still haven't answered by question about canceling my contract with in the forteen days.and giving me a refund.they quick at taking your money but don't like giving it back poor service.

Absolutely awful service, products don't work, customer service is dreadful! Then you want to cancel but you can't speak to anyone but they don't contact you! I am now 9 working days in to "3-5 working day to call back". Absolutely woeful, dreadful, disgraceful. WHAT EVER YOU DO - AVOID THIS COMPANY! If this helps one person avoid them I will be happy

They are a bunch off cowboys after paying them in September 2021 and now in March nearly they are still telling me that I owe them the money PLEASE ANYONE THINKING TO USE THEM PLEASE AVOID

The service I am having from Verisure is so bad. The alarm is not functioning and they keep cancelling the engineer. Once they install they dont care at all. It is only about the money. I would not give 1 star. Never reach them on the phone either.

Do not install Verisure. Awful service, amd when you want to cancel they have to call you, there is no other way to cancel. They only call when it is not convienent amd if you are not reachable they close the cancellation ticket. Awful awful service.

OMG😳. Just read the reviews for this company …… Wow Not looking good is it? I had the rep (s) round after contacting the company via phone the day before to arrange a ‘visit’ re cost etc They came on a Monday after me emphasising that I ONLY wanted a rough ish price and I’m not a time waster and ‘ pleeeease don’t waste mine ‘… I only wanted the doorbell really with built in camera etc but was told that you have to have the alarm system too which I didn’t really need … However I must say that the price did seem reasonable for both alarm & bell I said I would let them know on the Friday ‘please don’t keep ringing me though’ I said jokingly as I won’t have made my mind up till then Then they mentioned the ‘add ons’ ie the monthly cost of operating the set up which straight away turned me off to be honest Anyhoo they rang me the next day ..I didn’t answer ( after seeing their number on my phone ) Then on the Wednesday again three times … I didn’t answer again but rang them later on in the day Told them again that I wouldn’t decide till the Friday as I told them originally They rang again on the Thursday so I just told them no thanks It felt like he was in a hurry then to end the call …. Might have been my imagination? Toooooo much pressure selling for me. Thought that was stopped years ago but obviously it hasn’t I fear watchdog will end up having Verisure on as a ‘guest’ pretty soon ☹️ Someone else from the company rang me again on the Saturday pm to ask me if I had decided if I was going ahead ?? and to ask about the salesmen ‘s conduct on their visit (which was good to be honest) Really sorry guys but the product sells itself And a doorbell camera only option would be nice too Just saying Please don’t ruin your reputation … your relatively new on the scene Us homeowners don’t like being ‘pestered’ for want of a better word Three stars cos your salesmen were polite and friendly on the visit 🙏

Very disappointed with the customer service I think whoever on Verisure company he should take a look at the all reviews I think about what kind of customer service they provide !!! today I have a very bad experience and I tried my best to keep my contract with verisure and they keep pushing me for money and it’s not fair I don’t think I’ve been treated fairly and now they’re taking me to the collection department I haven’t done anything wrong however I’m looking forward to hear from customer service or any supervisors or even the owner to explain everything thank you

If I could give minus stars I would! Awful company! The agent mis-sold the equipment over the phone to us! Doesn't do what we were told it would do (i.e., we were told that we would get a CCTV type camera in living room to record movement in real time- it's a device that takes pictures as hoc and not very good pictures at that!) Not professional installers and the fitter didn't know anything about the equipment they were installing! Bombarding me with invoices after I cancelled (don't get me started on that- you have to jump through several hoops backwards and then forwards again, plus stand on your head and touch your nose to cancel!) Threatening debt collectors to my door! I could go on and on.... Please avoid at all costs!

Don't use this Company they are crooks! They are ripping my 85yr old mother off by avoiding calls emails requesting cancellation. They won't talk to me so next step is to get the bank onto them and get her money back that way. Then we are going to make it as difficult for them to get their equipment back!

Verisure U.K. cancellation procedures make it impossible to cancel their subscription. I have been trying since July to cancel. They promise to call back, but they never do. When you call to chase up, they say they can only fill in a customer return call form, they will call within 3 working days, but they don’t. I can see from other complaints here, I am not alone in this experience. As it is impossible to get them to acknowledge my cancellation request, I have now stopped my direct debit in December and they are still pursuing me for payments. PLEASE AVOID AND AVOID, FRAUD COMPANY, NO WAY TO CANCEL the services( no services at all), hidden charges, and after 10 month of request cancellation, they were still charging me and sending bills threating me to pay while I requested the cancelation, NO WAY TO WIN, its all about Money and sneaky people know how to play with wards and contract section. NOW to cancel, they asked me to pay £100 pounds or to come and take the cameras, very sad as I thought I own the cameras after I paid over £500 and monthly £36. However, I cancelled the contract and I will pay another £100, I already paid 3 month of cancelation service, and they will send an engineer to take the equipment from my house. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, PLEASE PLEASE AVOID SERIOUSELEY. NOTE: they have no department of cancelation and the email is not accepted by them.
