“I have never leased a car before and throughout this process I have been looked after and dealt with in an extremely professional manner. John and Rhian at VC, and Emma at Audi have been excellent. The car is spot on, and as long as everything carries on in this vein I will definitely consider leasing another car at the end of this period, and will certainly stick with VC when doing so. “First time using contract hire/ PCP and was a bit nervous as to how it would work. I must say that Vehicle Contracts helped me every step of the way and I was very pleased with their service. Will definitely look to use them again when this contract expires”

“Everyone spoken to was friendly and helpful and the vehicle was delivered quickly and efficiently by an extremely nice colleague. The only downside was the lack of detailed communication in between stages e.g. expected delivery time, time final payment would come out of my account etc. I had to do a lot of asking questions when i feel like this information should have been provided to me. Overall - very satisfied customer - would definitely recommend and use again”

“Excellent service from start to finish from Jo and Rhian. Sourced the exact spec and colour A3 we wanted for my wife within a couple of days and turned round the delivery in under two weeks. Jo was really efficient and always came back to us straight away with the answer to any questions we raised. Thanks Vehicle Contracts!”

“Excellent service from John Sweeney and the team. Great car, brilliant psersonal contract rate and brill end to end service. The man that delivered the car was superb...car on transporter...he knew the car inside out, helped hook up my phone and made the delivery of my new car extra special. “As someone new to personal car leasing, I took a critical look at how this works before committing. The information I got from Vehicle Contracts, while always professional and courteous, always left me a little in the dark, particularly about the timing of the whole process. I guess what convinced me that this was a serious operation was after a phone call/credit check with a big manufacturer's dealer who were supplying the car. Only then did I get the full picture of how it all works. I guess I can't complain too much, since I have got a good deal on a great car. It's just that Vehicle contracts went 80% of the way to being perfect in my mind, but left a bit too much to my imagination. I guess that's the price you get for cutting the cost of getting a decent new car parked on your drive. Now I know the system better, I would not hesitate to use Vehicle contracts again.”

Hi Paul Many thanks for taking the time to leave your review. During September we delivered over 200 vehicles to customers many of them had to be registered and delivered before the end of the month. So there was a bit of a rush to complete these! Your executive will stay with your contract for the duration of the lease and hopefully it’s renewal. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact them at any time. We have also taken onboard the points you raised as someone new to leasing.
