“Urban Village stands head and shoulders above all other agents in SE London. After years of poor quality service, UV were recommended to me and they didn't disappoint. Really great communication and understanding from Suzanne and team. The main difference between UV and others is the fact there is no drop off in service from the sales/letting agents to the managing and servicing team. As a landlord, every other agent I've worked with in the past has sold the dream and then the "support" team couldn't care less. UV is different and that service level is retained throughout. I was so happy with them over about 6 years of lettings that I had no hesitation in asking them to sell the property when that time came.”

“I regularly let two properties with Urban village. They are efficient , quick to respond, and make me feel as a landlord that I am their only customer. Suzanne the owner and Daniella who I predominantly liaise with enable me to manage the properties from a distance in the knowledge that they cover all bases.. They even remind me when certain legal checks need doing for example the electrical checks. As a result the whole changeover of tenants is seamless and I know everything is done properly before I take over the day to day management. Why would I go anywhere else.”
