Urban Village stands head and shoulders above all other agents in SE London. After years of poor quality service, UV were recommended to me and they didn't disappoint. Really great communication and understanding from Suzanne and team. The main difference between UV and others is the fact there is no drop off in service from the sales/letting agents to the managing and servicing team. As a landlord, every other agent I've worked with in the past has sold the dream and then the "support" team couldn't care less. UV is different and that service level is retained throughout. I was so happy with them over about 6 years of lettings that I had no hesitation in asking them to sell the property when that time came.
