“This estate agent is very different from any other I have worked with. Their very ethos is special. They are personable, honest, fair, interested and experienced. I was given superb advise from my initial enquiry through to completion - they went above any beyond in terms of making things easier, including recommending a decorator when required and hand delivering keys. Communication is excellent and they acted in my best interests at every stage. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“I regularly let two properties with Urban village. They are efficient , quick to respond, and make me feel as a landlord that I am their only customer. Suzanne the owner and Daniella who I predominantly liaise with enable me to manage the properties from a distance in the knowledge that they cover all bases.. They even remind me when certain legal checks need doing for example the electrical checks. As a result the whole changeover of tenants is seamless and I know everything is done properly before I take over the day to day management. Why would I go anywhere else.”

Sorry you felt the need to post this comment. As stated, as a business we cannot and will not compromise ourselves by working with a landlord who refuses to comply with legislation. You are unwilling to have an HMO licence and are unwilling to provide us with the compulsory HMRC exemption code for non resident landlord, despite living overseas. It is regrettable that we had to cease working with you but we do need to put tenant safety and legalities before making money. None of these reviews are fake. Suzanne

“We owe Suzanne and her team a massive thank you for all the work they put into our sale AND purchase! We used Urban Village after being on the market for months and they found us a buyer in a few weeks. They also found us a new home which made the entire process less stressful for all involved. The communication was always easy and uncomplicated. There was a whatsapp group to keep everyone on the same page and regular updates regarding the progress of both sale and purchase. “Suzanne and her team have been excellent throughout my sale. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I was impressed that Suzanne brought along a member of her team initially, when quoting and pitching for the sale. I chose them over other agents for being relatable, warm, enthusiastic about selling my property and knowledgeable about the area, whilst offering a competitive commission. Particular thanks to Nathalie who did most of the show rounds and was excellent- I really benefitted from her calm manner and professional advice and felt she went above and beyond to help me. Urban Village achieved a good price for my property and found me a cash buyer promptly. They remained patient, approachable and involved, liaising between myself and the buyer effectively where necessary. They made a point of staying informed and trying to move things forward when the sale became protracted due to lease issues. “I really appreciated the team at urban village navigating us through our sale. The number of viewings and communication were both brilliant. They started a whattsap group immediately which meant we were easily kept up to date with viewings and feedback and could ask questions whenever we wanted. We had approached them because we knew they were a female run estate agent and in my opinion this proved to be a real strength. Would definitely recommend.”
