“This estate agent is very different from any other I have worked with. Their very ethos is special. They are personable, honest, fair, interested and experienced. I was given superb advise from my initial enquiry through to completion - they went above any beyond in terms of making things easier, including recommending a decorator when required and hand delivering keys. “I regularly let two properties with Urban village. They are efficient , quick to respond, and make me feel as a landlord that I am their only customer. Suzanne the owner and Daniella who I predominantly liaise with enable me to manage the properties from a distance in the knowledge that they cover all bases.. They even remind me when certain legal checks need doing for example the electrical checks. As a result the whole changeover of tenants is seamless and I know everything is done properly before I take over the day to day management. Why would I go anywhere else.”

Sorry you felt the need to post this comment. As stated, as a business we cannot and will not compromise ourselves by working with a landlord who refuses to comply with legislation. You are unwilling to have an HMO licence and are unwilling to provide us with the compulsory HMRC exemption code for non resident landlord, despite living overseas. It is regrettable that we had to cease working with you but we do need to put tenant safety and legalities before making money. None of these reviews are fake. Suzanne
