“Sales pitch gets 5 stars as both my sister and I purchased a golden rose as an Anniversary gift. One was as advertised, but leaves were yellowish and rootball small. The other was a good green and better sized rootball, but flower is not as advertised. It is yellow but with very 'frilly' petals. Resembling a cross with a carnation. And an unusual perfume. I have photographs if Tree2MyDoor is interested.”

“We were really pleased with the rose bush we bought for a special birthday present but sadly the personalised card we bought to go with it really let the whole thing down! We certainly wouldn’t have paid the extra had we known it was going to be a little card with a personalised message on a sticker just stuck inside- which sadly wasn’t even straight. We therefore binned that card and bought a nice card to go with the beautiful rose.”

“I sent this rose bush to friends for their anniversary. By the time I saw it the rose bush had been planted. It looked very healthy but I felt a bit on small side considering the cost and I’m not convinced it was in the larger size pot although I can’t be sure.”

“Delivery was good but the tree was a little underwhelming. Unripe lemons had fallen off tree into bottom of the box on arrival. I must admit I've seen much healthier and larger looking lemon trees in neighbours garden's. It took a few days for the tree recover from its journey. Very small for £56, but it is still a lemon tree and is starting to look very pretty.”

“It’s a lovely present and the tree came in really good conditions. It’s a shame the engraved message on the plaque was not that good, we can barely read what it says and I had to write a note with what it says.”

“Seems ok. Tree was delivered later than expected; though I was told it wouldn't come until mid-May it didn't arrive until second week in June. Also missing the care pack that it states is with it, and which after contacting them they tell me will now be delivered imminently. Communication was prompt.”

“Great concept but there were no individual care instructions for my cherry tree. I only got a booklet with all the other trees on sale but nothing specific to my tree. I also got a blank metal sign which I didn’t order and some other random bits of wood- again with no instructions. Lovely business idea but needs more instructions and more advice about how to care for your tree.”

“Delivered early which was great but one only just made it due to the box had only one staple holding it .When I pick up the box the packing fell out of the bottom , tree unharmed. Regards Norma”

“I can’t it was a gift so haven’t seen what was delivered. Would be nice to see a picture of what is being sent. Other companies do this, just before they are packaged up”

“The ordering process was easy enough and straightforward. Unfortunately the delivery was not on the day indicated by the courier. I left two messages which went unanswered. On my third call , they said they was busy and it had been sent in the timeline they suggested which wasn't really the help I needed.”

“I instructed your delivery guy to call my friends number if no one answered the door but he just left the plant outside the front door. Also my friend didn’t mention the card so I’m not sure if you included it and where it was. I also paid for the express delivery but the plant was not delivered the next day”

“I can't answer to the quality of the tree since it was for a friend, and I have not seen it, but it was very odd to have the accompanying card delivered a day before, which spoilt the surprise somewhat. The card seems to have been handled as a separate order. If I had wanted to send a separate card, I would have purchased one independently and posted it.”

“This is the second time I have used them because my first experience was so positive. However, this time I paid extra to have my plant delivered on the day and it wasn't delivered until 4 days later. Have had a good feedback on the plant though.”

“Very expensive for a pot with a twig in it, it was for a friend who lost her father, and to be honest I felt a bit stupid giving her that as a sympathy gift.. hopefully it turns out to be a lovely rose”
