“Product price is a little too high but quality is good. Install would be much easier if a template was provided to identify where to drill fixing holes”

“The shelf we ordered arrived and didn’t look quite the same as what we ordered in terms of colour. We sent it back which cost us over £12 😅”

Hi Marie, sorry to hear you were not happy with the colour of your shelf, your email advised the shelf you ordered was too thick for your purposes. The website does state that returns would need to be paid for by the customers, sorry for any disappointment.

“My goto place for solid oak floating shelves. The handyman who installed the last 3 was impressed with the quality of the wood and the fixings. Much better than high street names. He took away the fitting instructions for future reference as he thought they were very good too. I expect to be back for a fireplace beam before year end”

“Hi, my order arrived as described and on time. Only four stars because the delivery was dropped at my neighbours and one of the shelves had a small dent. It is not a big issue as I was able to place it against the wall.”

“Over the moon with my beam. I was nervous about what type of beam to go for and worried about what it would look like but Catherine was really helpful. She went out of her way to help me, answered all my questions and sent me photos of examples. It arrived really quickly and i'm so happy with it. Excellent work and everyone comments on it. “We ordered 2 oak shelves from this company which arrived in good time. We did not however unpack them until the joiner, who we asked to come and fit them for us, came (they are very heavy and we wanted to make sure they were fitted properly). When we unpacked them we found no fixings at all and not enough brackets. We rang the company who apologised and posted the missing items straightaway. The issue was that the joiner still wanted paying for his time even though he could not fit the shelves and the company refused to reimburse this cost even though it was their fault. Due to this we felt let down and will not use them again. The beams are nice but one is slightly shorter than the other even though we ordered the same size for both. Another reason why we will not use them again.”

Hi Dave, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you did not receive enough fixings/brackets. It would have been good if you had opened your order upon receipt so we could have rectified this for you promptly and have all the components there for you for when your joiner arrived. We do advise on the website and order confirmations not to book and fitters until you have received and are happy with your order and that we can not be held responsible for any fitter fee's, I am sorry if you missed this information. We are sorry you have felt let down on this occasion.
