Disappointed to receive the wrong toy. My daughter had hoped for ghost spidey and were were sent Miles instead from.the marvel collection. Too late and expensive to return to the UK given its cost.

It would be great if the items sold came in a cardboard box, it would be safer, as my items came open and missing

Received the 3 Ty beanies today which were mailed across the Pond. Two of them have pristine hang tags while the 3rd has a slightly damaged hang tag.

Unfortunately I can’t give a full review since I have yet to receive my order. Im in the US so it may take longer than expected even with it expedited. Fingers crossed it will be here by my birthday party this weekend.

Slightly disappointed as the hat on Paddington was grubby . But not enough time to return and then revive another for my granddaughter’s birthday sadly . Marks wouldn’t photograph either .

Overall I'm happy with the toys I've got, they had the best price online and also readily available stock. The delivery was smooth and on time, but the dispatch time took longer than expected. I would say you need to improve your customer service turnaround. There was an issue with the first order I placed so I had to get in touch with you and it took me 40 minutes to get through someone the first time I called you and almost an hour the second time. I was forced to call because you never replied to my emails. Other than this everything was fine

The toy was good and as expected but the delivery and communication was poor. When I hadn't received it after nearly 10 days, I contacted them over the weekend and was told it would be dispatched. By the Tuesday after the weekend, it still hadn't been dispatched and it wasn't dispatched until Wednesday. I was definitely not a priority to them. I then had to wait for the slow postal delivery too.

Items (platypus) were both great. Couldn’t find them anywhere else online. Ordered on 7th Dec and they arrived on 20th. Took such a very long time to come. Will probably not order again to be honest. The wait before Christmas was excruciating. I could not believe the lead time would be the delivery date.

A bit disappointed with the delivery time. Ordered 3 plush cats on 5th December for my daughters who recently lost a pet, with delivery stated as 48 hours. It was a full week later before I even had a follow-up email to say that the items had been despatched. When you pay for a 48 hour courier, that's what you should get.

Despatch took longer than anticipated. After the despatch email, Black Friday weekend)nothing happened-on Yodel site With sender. I rang Monday Nov 27- yes I had to wait about 15 minutes, the recorded message is annoying, BUT the guy I spoke to was brilliant, immediately messaged Yodel ((I could see on Yodel site) and by evening tracking was updated, and it has just been delivered (Wednesday). So patience but I would happily use them again as their price was significantly less.

Stated 48 hour tracked delivery but was past 96 hours before it arrived. Product is as described. The steam train doesn’t seem to have enough puff to climb the most basic of brio bridges 🤷🏼‍♂️

The item arrived and was as I had ordered. However this was the 1st time I’d ordered from this company. The item did take a while to come and I didn’t receive any emails letting me know it was delayed so I was worried the item wasn’t going to come and ended up ringing them. They were very polite and helpful on the phone.

I ordered a toy giraffe and it arrived in good condition, but it wasn't posted out until about 9 days after I had placed the order. Fortunately this wasn't a problem for me, but if I had been ordering it as a birthday present it may have been.

The delivery from the UK to Germany was smooth and easy to track. The only reason why I gave it 3 stars is that the board game box came torn on one side completely. I opted to tape the box and use it instead of sending it back because I didn't want to wait anymore. But of course, it is annoying if a brand-new board game comes with defects. This could be due to delivery, but nevertheless.
